Was initially impressed with Mr. Evans, who performed a survey for us. A couple of months later we reached out to him again to address an easement issue before we could begin building our new home. After multiple emails and phone calls Mr. Evans finally said that he could get to our project a week later. He never showed up, and will not respond to any of our calls or emails. A simple "I'm too busy to get to your project" would have sufficed, so that we could have moved on to another surveyor. His lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and has held up progress for our project. Cannot say I would ever recommend him to anyone based on our recent experience.
Never used their service but I have delt with one of their drivers/surveyors on the highway. He so rudely jumped in front of me making me have to hit my brakes. Well good thing it wasn't raining and dark cause THERE WERE NO BRAKE LIGHTS on his trailer!!! I followed him through town till he stopped. I planned on being somewhat polite about it till he slowly turned his head with an arrogant smirk. I cussed him and i don't mind saying it. I said a lot of things as he walked away. I was taking pictures of the company truck and trailer as he was spouting off at the mouth. I wanted to call in a complain about lights and driving. Well, yet again this company fell short with only a voicemail stating "no route's" and then a busy signal to follow. With all that said, one can only wonder how their lack of attention to detail hasn't ended the company. Can't call to make an appointment or you maybe seriously injured by one of the drivers. Just a thought
Mr. Evans did a great job for us. We are very well pleased with his communication updates to onsite. Answered the phone on a Saturday. Produces as promised, went over survey and easement in details with the fence line. I would highly reccomend.
