TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY! I cannot stress this enough. You can get all the products they offer on Amazon for much less and higher quality. They will offer you a variety of other "Free" Products to sample over the phone, but what the sales person on the phone "forgets" to mentions is that by sampling or buying any of their products you are automatically agreeing to auto-delivery and auto-billing. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT do business with them. You'll think you are sampling for free but next thing you know you have 5 packages from them delivering to your door every month and getting charged over $150 for them and you never actually verbally agreed to it. This business plan is low scum.

The people selling this will never tell you that it is a recurring charge each month. They only care to make their sale. They're not even american, probably from india or philipines. They lie to make their sales.

2- I've called the company and they said I need to send back the OmegaXL bottle and only after that I would get a 15-30 business days refund which is ridiculous and an abuse.
DO NOT BUY HERE! AVOID THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE GOING TO BE FOOLED!

I listened as one of our senior citizens.
Was haggled for 45 minutes, to cancel a subscription of an over priced, non effective, supplement.
This is several attempts each month, she has made to cancel this subscription.
Let s hope it s cancelled this time.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. When I called to cancel due to the fact it wasn't working and the amount of money it was costing. The guy on the phone kept trying different things to get me to not cancel. He was worse than a used car salesman. I ended up calling my bank to take care of it and I also contacted the better business Bureau. The guy would not take no and that I want to cancel to the point that he kept telling me to keep it professional.

I think this is a great company. I see a large percentage of the complaining is about the auto-shipment, which if you order online you see the auto-shipment agreement at least three times in bold writing. If you call they advise you of the auto shipment.
This product works well however it does take time. My dad takes it and he said within 6 weeks taking 4 capsules a day relieved him of his pain in his legs. He takes them consistently.
I would recommend to a friend. You can order without auto shipment but you don't get the BOGO and the bottles are a little more expensive.

Never even heard of this company or their product and had noticed a charge to my credit card (which was NOT activated). Thank goodness I was able to report the charge as a fraud. PEOPLE BE AWARE....CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT(S).

I cannot speak to the effectiveness of this product for what they claim it has done for some people. But, I know that when we tried to cancel the subscription, they would not take "cancel it NOW" for an answer. We literally waited for about an hour to speak with someone and then it took almost an hour of being put on hold back and forth and multiple "deals" and excuses until they grudgingly and finally said that the subscription was cancelled. Do not get a subscription from this business. It's not worth the pain and hassle of trying to deal with obnoxious customer service people who have been trained to badger the customer into submission to their "offers". Avoid Omega XL at all cost or suffer the consequences. They will not get any referrals EVER from us.

My fiance ordered the first batch of vitamins for 39.99 just to try them but then they took 79.99 out of her account without permission. They said she signed up for it but she did not because I helped her through ordering it. Then we sent both back via UPS on June 7th 2021 they were delivered on June 10th 2021. Great Health Works still have not put her money back in her account. They also lied by saying they have not received the items back which of course I know they did because I had contacted UPS which told me they had. Total scammers I had to mark 1 star but they deserve ZERO stars actually they don't deserve to be in business. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME
