Great event and very family friendly. But absolutely awful and hopeless ticketing setup. The worst I've ever dealt with..... Got on site first thing Sunday morning and all the Internet failed onsite and no back up plan at all. Waiting an hour, then was told I was at the wrong gate. This is the second year of this online fiasco. Mr Oliver please reinstate the old ticketing, it may cost more but outsourcing this critical part has failed utterly.

What a shame what ever happened this year the toilets should have been condemned never seen anything like it dont think they have been cleaned since we been here we in the end went to tesco toilets nowhere near enough toilets for the amount of people Electric kept tripping out .who ever organise this year should be sacked .but on the upside the money you saved on facilities you will have a good profit i hope it was worth all the unhappy visitors

Fabulous collection of working steam vehicles but we arrived the day before the show opened and had to wait at the vehicle reception area for one and a half hours while their IT system was fixed and then another one and a half hour queue to exchange advance purchased tickets for 5 day wristbands the next morning. These queues and the ridiculously long queues for poorly cleaned and serviced festival toilets required a down grade from five stars.
