Great Blue Heron Casino is quite small, but I believe they are expanding, with all the constructions going on. I m not a gambler, but I am a food lover and I m giving 5* to the buffet!!
Excellent buffet for Friday Saturday & Sunday, snow crab legs and prime ribs for just $19.99 ($24.99 for non-members)!!! The crab legs are delicious & really fresh.
I love that you book a 2 hour window and only 50 people are allowed at a time. Great security and safety protocol before entering. In less than 20 minutes I started with 20, got up to 60 and cashed out at 30. My gf had a great bday experience. We will go again especially when the hotel is up and running. Hope they have a pool

Great place to spend an evening or weekend. The all you can eat buffet is excellent. ATCE crab, WOW! The place is clean, well staffed, and the service is friendly. Looking for a great value for dinner while ready to beat the slots, well give it a tray.
Today was a nightmare. We had booked the 4pm reservation for 2 hour play. We stood in the freezing cold for 45 minutes. Finally we were called in 2 at a time. By the time we got to play. We had only 1 hour left. The slots hardly go off, I feel like you just cant win there. Maybe I'm wrong. They were great for cleaning, sanitizing etc. I appreciate the hard work they do, to keep us happy. Just wish the reservations weren't messed up.

5 stars for safety and cleaning great distancing I had lots of wins and bonuses saw three people win $3000. Unfortunately I scrapped my new car on the electric box low on the black pole in the parking lot it was under my sight back passenger door people be careful moving around those poles.
The gas station accross the road there yes has inexpensive gas there..all the time 10-14 cents cheaper coming from Pickering ..On island rd..accross the road from the Blue herion casino..
A friend and I decided to go, on the way there we realized that this was the first nighttime outing since before the virus, so were looking forward to it. However there were so few machines open, for example, a bank of 5 machines, only 1 open, I think that number 1 and 5 could be operating with distancing, especially since there are plexiglas dividers up. Fully half of the floor space was completely closed off. Machines were not paying, cashed out more than a $20 'win' twice. I saw one person who seemed to be winning, about $800 on their machine but who knows how much she actually cashed out. Appointment was for 2 hours, left long before that. I know the casinos are having a hard time but we went just to have some fun.....not fun to just be drained even faster than before the virus. Never expect to 'win big' but had at least hoped to be up and down a bit, very little 'up' last night. Staff visible cleaning constantly so that was good. I wish all the staff the best but I will not visit anytime again for now.
I would love to try but you need to open this one up because I haven't been here but it's all good it was good but I'm not
