Excellent all round service by the team and care! Jas always takes his time to get to know his clients. Every time I walk in I know my needs will be taken care of. Jas has alleviated all my pain concerns. He is passionate in what he does. He has been looking after me for a year now and I would not consider going anywhere else. He always drives to educate his clients and empowers them during every visit. I highly recommend him.

Elite Health and Wellness is a group of highly knowledgeable, compassionate and talented health care professionals. I have been to the clinic for pain and dizziness following a motor vehicle accident and have always received the best care for my massage, chiropractic and acupuncture treatments. I was a little nervous to try acupuncture, but Moninder made the experience very enjoyable! She takes the time to understand my symptoms and tailors each treatment accordingly. I came here for orthotics after looking this place up on google. My appointment was very informative and I was given many options for orthotics. Since ive gotten my orthotics, i have noticed a decrease in knee pain and my feet dont hurt after work anymore. I also booked in with the chiropractor and rmt for general maintenance - I have good benefit coverage through my work. I left feeling 20 years younger! I now come here every 2-3 weeks for maintenance care and have always gotten the best treatments. I would recommend Elite Health & Wellness to all my friends and family!!!
Jas is an excellent Massage Therapist. I have a couple different injuries and find it hard to get treatment that makes an actual difference to my chronic pain. Jas listened to me and asked a lot of good questions before working on me, this helped him identify the best way to treat me. I felt great after each treatment and will continue to seek treatment from Jas whenever I m in need. I would recommend Jas without hesitation. He is full of knowledge, he is passionate about his job, and it s like he knows what my back needs before I even have a chance to tell him. I always recommend Jas to my colleagues and friends.
I've been seeing Moninder for Acupuncture and I can honestly say she is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and you can tell she is truly interested and passionate about anything Acupuncture and health related. She also makes you feel really comfortable which I find to be really important. I definitely recommend seeing her!
Top quality services with a incredible group of staff members! Was recommended through a friend who suffered from the same lower back issues I was having. I used to struggle sleeping more then 2 hours at a time, dealing with lower back pains. After 5 appointments, I started noticing my lower back pains were disappearing and found myself able to sleep a full night without any pain. I personally would like to thank all the staff members for there great advice and support and ultimately changing my life and sleep patterns!!
This place was recommended to me by a friend. I went for a massage one weekend after a lot of gym/exercise activities during the week. It was very relaxing and a great experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful and super friendly. I would encourage everyone to go to this place at least once and especially after a week full of exercise.
