Have rented an ice machine post surgery. It has just stopped working, and there is no one available for tech support on Sunday. I still need it on Sunday. I m still paying for Sunday, but guess I can t get help until Monday. Not great for medical equipment.

We have had an incredibly disappointing and condescending experience with Graymont and it s representative. I would strongly encourage folks to find a company that puts clients and patients first and not their own convenience. My husband had knee replacement surgery Tuesday of last week in Illinois and were supposed to have the game ready device at home today (Saturday) in our home state. The company processed our payment 2 weeks ago and said they scheduled the delivery for our home today... After calling it s after hours contact numbers three times leaving messages and getting a call back from its staff/representative we were told that we were not in an emergency situation because we would be calling him from the ER if that was the case and that he could not talk to or get anyone because of the weekend. Upon me explaining to him that he could email or contact SOMEONE that has information on the delivery of the product that we NEED he finally called back with a tracking number and more remarks that were condescending. UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT HAS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ITS STAFF OR SIMPLY PUTS ITSELF ABOVE THE PATIENT WHO IS EXPERIENCING ONE OD THE MOST STRESSFUL AND PAINFUL TIMES OF ONE S LIFE.

I'm so grateful my knee surgeon sent me to Graymont for all of my medical supplies post-surgery. They are incredibly responsive and the techs are kind. They take the time to explain everything very thoroughly and answer all questions. I had an issue with my knee brace and Graymont was here within 2 hours with a replacement. The best!

UPDATE: AFTER MY INITIAL REVIEW, CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT TO ME AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO MY SATISFACTION. THANK YOU. "I was prescribed 2 small thumb braces, essentially splints, from this company for nagging arthritis. They were 2 different models and I was hoping to find a match for the better of the 2 online. I thought, "How much could a little plastic and Velcro cost?" Oddly, they weren't available for retail. Then a separate bill for them arrived. It became clear why they weren't available for $20 on Amazon. BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T BE AS PROFITABLE. They cost $150 apiece with my insurance covering a little more than half. Absolutely disgraceful."
