Grayhaven Marina Village Review

We have lived at Grayhaven Marina Village for 2 years, and have found it to be the BEST KEPT SECRET IN DETROIT. First,SECURITY is a top PRIORITY. Visitors can t enter the premises without DRIVER S LICENSES. Second, the grounds are kept IMMACULATE; exceptionally clean and detailed. Finally, we have found the Property manager(Christina Rogers); Boss Lady, and her team to be PROFESSIONAL, CARING and extremely HARDWORKING. Problems are addressed QUICKLY and THOROUGHLY. It is where 2 of the women I love the most live. But due to the increase in rent they are moving. In the letter announcing the rent increase it stated that they hope the increase does not change the "character of the neighborhood ". Well...

I had the worst experience with this place...the staff is not welcoming. .the little girl at the front desk was very rude...I talked to the little girl earlier before my appointment to view a model. She scheduled my appointment at 3pm. But when I arrived she want to act like that she didn't speak to me and she don't have anything to show and she have a 3pm move out so she busy and tried to hand me a brochure .The little girl had a very nasty disposition, she didn't introduce herself and while I was in the lobby before I went in the office she yelled from the office for me to come in...never got up out her seat and if she represent the Grayheaven being rude and disrespectful thats not someplace i want to live. Not to mention the rehab security guard, rude and disrespectful too. I wanted to look around I didn't see anything wrong with that especially if it's someplace I'm thinking about living and spending my money I wanted to check out the environment and community so security ran to where i was all out of breath and told me I have to leave the property like I was doing something wrong.. wow I was out done and not to mention what I did get to see was dirty..trashy balconies and ragly blinds. I didn't get a positive and fresh clean vibe from the place. If you have any respect for yourself and morals and looking for a clean friendly environment to live this not the place.

Seems to be well maintained...family member lives there

If living there is as hard as it is to get an appointment to view the property it may not be the place for me. The young (pregnant) lady is very rude both on the phone (when she decides to answer) and in person. I seemed to be taking up her time which resulted in her being annoyed. From the online images I think I would love to live there but we all know that PEOPLE make the community and if the people running grayhaven are rude and nasty your home life won't be pleasant or peaceful.

Overall, I enjoy being a resident. The manager Christina is very approachable and professional at all times.

I love this place, glad it has a garage, at guard at the gate who is serious about their. The staff in the office is nice. Great place to live.

Love it here! Very peaceful and clean. It has a lot of amenities to other and the neighbors are nice! The space is well worth the money.

We will be moving to Grayhaven next month. I had some reservation coming from where we live. Manager Christine was very pleasant as well as the maintenance supervisor, moving is not easy, Yet I am excited for my husband and I to move We still have a beautiful scenery, We are loving the amenities which is something we do not have at our present location.

Everything you do here is a violation they make rules as you go... for rent to be so expensive you d think the employers would treat you with respect but no they are very rude and when it gets hot be expecting to get attacked by a million fish flies trying to get into your apartment building at night and in the morning as well oh and if you like waiting 15
Minutes at the gate to get into your apaetment complex you should live here very inconvenient

First it is a gated community and the Security is top notch, they will not allow you to just walk on to this property without being invited or unless you have an appointment. Second, the apartments are very spacious, there are two balconies one out from the living room and another out from the bedroom. and the property and grounds are very well kept and clean. Third, the staff is very professional

Hidden gem of Detroit - a safe and elegant corner of Detroit on the river. The condo style apartments cone with their own marina dock! Very clean and well kept. Tennis court, pool, fitness center, a small spa. Guarded entrance, parking garage. What's not to like?

Beautiful very nice, gated community!!! They lady at the gate is crazy!!! Braids, glasses, bad attitude!!!!
