Horrible customer service! Do not use this company...

Horrible customer service! Do not use this company! I arranged an airport pickup for my mother-in-law in Buenos Aires. I received a confirmation email a few days before which gave an email address in case of change or cancellation of the flight. When my mother-in-law s flight was in fact cancelled and delayed to the next day, they did not respond to several emails, then when I finally called they were very rude and stated that they would not change the booking. They implied that it was somehow my fault that no one had read the emails I sent to the address they provided for this very reason! Terrible experience!

Avoid using this company at all costs. You can get a taxi to and from the airport for less money and hassle. They know you will probably never use their service twice and simply don't care, and it's very obvious. When I booked my trip on Expedia, it took longer than I thought to go through customs and get my bag. The driver took off and left me stranded, and they considered my ride to be cancelled. Their phone number was a short pre-recording that automatically hangs up; and they don't respond to email. Yesterday, I nearly missed my flight because the driver showed up early, waited ten minutes at my hotel then took off before the agreed upon time. You would think they could call or email their customers if there is any issue connecting with the driver, but this simply goes back to their attitude of not caring. With the $87 I spent on transportation, I will fight this charge through Expedia and go higher up, if needed since Gray Line Argentina never delivered, and left me stranded to and from the airport.

Im not usually one to complain but..

This is my first time using this company and it was the most terrible experience i have encounters and they were extremely unorganised and unhelpful and they have ruined my weekend away,

I was supposed to go on the Cafayate tour today but they never turned up.

I have multiple emails explaining that the tour is confirmed and there is nothing else i need to. All of my pick up location and times were confirmed and they sent me an email explaining this less than 3 days ago!

USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
Graylime needs to consider more carefully the companies they work with as nordic travel im salta was terrible!!!!

No communication after booking made for a 5 1/2 to...

No communication after booking made for a 5 1/2 tour. In the booking response they requested name of hotel for pick up but no time set. Sent two emails asking for pick up time. Both ignored. According to their website the meeting point was the obilesk so we made our way there but no sign of Grayline. Asked a local hotel but they did not know but kindly offered to call them. Was advised pick up time was 0940 so had to pay for a taxicab back to hotel. Finally got picked up and taken on a 2 1/2 tour followed by lunch. Unless you took 3 hours for lunch this tour was no where near 5 q/2 hours. Will not book with gray line anywhere again

I booked service and paid in advance for transport...

I booked service and paid in advance for transportation from the Buenos Aires Sheraton to the airport. I provided an incorrect flight number which I corrected by email once I was notified by Gray Line. The day of the transfer I call and emailed numerous times to confirm my pickup. I never got through by phone or received any email response. I finally took a taxi to get to the airport since I never got any response. Now they are refusing to give me a refund, really? Take a taxi at least they want your busines.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not book. What a waste of money, waited over 40 minutes in two different stops. In one day we were able to ride once and ended up taking public transportation as the bus never showed up. We say between 4-6 yellow buses pass by the stops and no freaking red buses.

Horrible people: BOOK DIRECTLY with the venue- AVO...

Horrible people: BOOK DIRECTLY with the venue- AVOID Grayline Tours and Viator at all costs- they will screw you over and ruin your time.
We booked a tango lesson, dinner & show on the Viator app which uses Grayline Tours. Horrible experience to show up with your entire family and get turned away; the venue was told by Grayline we that we had cancelled and they had refunded our money. NOT TRUE- 1 week later and 10 emails and calls- none returned- and they have not been refunded our money... we are now having to charge back thru AMEX!

This is a review for El Calafate Glaciers Sightseeing Cruise

tldr; A joke, but not the funny kind. I ended up going with another, reliable company for the short boat trip + boardwalks. It was great. Book one of these instead.

I paid for the trip and got the 'confirmed' status. I've asked for - and received - the precise pickup time for our hotel. They asked for additional passenger data and thanked me for providing them with all they needed.Then, late afternoon right before the day of cruise, they sent me an email saying they have to cancel because they don't know where to pick us up from.
All the despite the fact they got this information from Viator, set the precise pickup time and confirmed the completeness of data.

A call to their office revealed that, apparently, they will not be running the cruise on Saturday. Calling their office, with one person talking loudly in the background and another person loudly whistling (seriously?!) in the background was a really bad experience.

Trust me, you don't want to be doing all this last minute, in the middle of Patagonia, with spotty wifi/cell reception. Buy elsewhere.
