Definitely would NOT recommend. My full premium was pulled from my own checking account instead of the Metabank account, due to my error, on 1/4/2021. I called and got everything corrected immediately that same day and today, it is 2/2/2021 and after numerous phone calls, I continue to be promised that I will receive my reimbursement "by the end of this week". This has been going on EVERY week since 1/4/2021. First, I was told the delay was because of the holiday on the 18th of January, then the next week it was back to "by the end of this week" and again today, I was promised, "by the end of this week". It is utter nonsense,

And Gravie, do NOT respond to me with your standard message about calling the 1-800 number. That's the number I've called and where I've received all of the information, above. I've also called our Gravie rep directly, and received the response about it being back in my account "by the end of this week".

The reps seem to be stuck between me, the customer, and the "financial team", who process the payments. I've asked about speaking to the "financial team" and apparently there is no way to do so. Again, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and angry about these encounters. There definitely seems to be a breakdown in communication between what the "financial team" does and then tells the reps to say to the customer. Disgusting!

Gravie is the best! They are the only reason my tiny organization is able to offer health care at reasonable prices with much needed customer support to help the employees through the process. Every time I have called they are very efficient, helpful and explain all the crazy healthcare terms in ways the average person can understand. They also helped a coworker of mine fight a few bills that their insurance was claiming they don't cover. Highly recommend them!

Gravie has the best customer service I have ever experienced! They always go above and beyond my expectations. They help me navigate and decide what choices I have for the best insurance for me . I recommend Gravie to anyone purchasing health insurance. There are so many changes and choices. Gravie is a company that is informed and helpful. I am relieved I have their help. They are experts and very friendly. Wonderful company!

would be nice if they actually paid my insurance on time. Instead I have to pay and wait 30 days for reimbursement. not once or twice, but three times in the 6 months that I have been enrolled with the.

Gravie is the best company I have ever worked with...

Gravie is the best company I have ever worked with. Seems over the top, but they are so helpful. I email them all the time with insurance questions and they always have an answer and go above and beyond to advise me and help me. They take things into their own hands, which takes a lot of stress off of me, cause I know they are experts. I feel like I have my own personal agent when I work with them. They are timely and thorough. Shout out to Mandy! I have probably sent her 20 emails since I had an injury this summer. She continues to go above and beyond every time I contact her. Other than the amazing customer service. The website is super easy to navigate and informative without being overwhelming or confusing.

I am not new to the tedious task of finding a great insurance for myself. Hunting down low deductibles, trying to figure out which prescriptions are covered and researching if my current doctors will be covered, are the most important aspects for me. Gravie made it SO easy! AND when I had questions, two of their helpful agents were there to guide me along. I will definitely be spreading the word about how awesome Gravie is!! Thanks so much, y'all!

Gravie straight up lied to me about my coverage. They told me in December that my appointments would be covered on the next year's plan, and promised that the provider was in network. Well, the new year rolls around, and my doctor (who I have seen 5 times by this point) tells me that she is not in network and that all appointments would be out of pocket.

Gravie is now refusing to help in any way, shape, or form. I am out several hundred dollars due to Gravie's negligence, and am attempting to cancel my plan before they do more damage to my finances due to their lies. I tried to show that they lied to me but conveniently, they do not have record of my phone call.

Edit: Thank you for the response, I have talked to the advisors you mentioned below, and they have informed me that Gravie will take no action to help me resolve this. So, thank you for nothing.
