Definitely would NOT recommend. My full premium was pulled from my own checking account instead of the Metabank account, due to my error, on 1/4/2021. I called and got everything corrected immediately that same day and today, it is 2/2/2021 and after numerous phone calls, I continue to be promised that I will receive my reimbursement "by the end of this week". This has been going on EVERY week since 1/4/2021. First, I was told the delay was because of the holiday on the 18th of January, then the next week it was back to "by the end of this week" and again today, I was promised, "by the end of this week". It is utter nonsense,

And Gravie, do NOT respond to me with your standard message about calling the 1-800 number. That's the number I've called and where I've received all of the information, above. I've also called our Gravie rep directly, and received the response about it being back in my account "by the end of this week".

The reps seem to be stuck between me, the customer, and the "financial team", who process the payments. I've asked about speaking to the "financial team" and apparently there is no way to do so. Again, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and angry about these encounters. There definitely seems to be a breakdown in communication between what the "financial team" does and then tells the reps to say to the customer. Disgusting!
