Delivery services don t put things where you want to set them up! They bring it to your driveway and you take care of the rest..
The lady that complained about that is out of her mind, it s not the delivery company s fault that your a single mom and can t take a skid apart and build something yourself.
Get a boyfriend or something.. But I can see why your single !
Ordered a shed from home depot and this so called company delivered it. They don't come with the right equipment to unload heavy skids the driver dropped 1 box off the back of the truck destroyed it and nothing just left. Tried calling got the so called manger and wanted picks and all the info but never heard back from them if u see this company pull into your place tell them return the order before they destroy it.I drive for a delivery company and would never treat my customers this way i think they should start from the top and start firing people
Ordered from Costco, according to the tracking they received it APR.05, watch the tracking, and after 6 days tracking said there they would be in touch with me.No call noticed on the next day reschedule to call for the next day. Waited once again, nothing, so called myself and was told they didn't have my phone number which I put on my order to Costco and confirmed it

I ordered a swing set from Costco.ca and Graphic Transportation was selected as the delivery company.
I was contacted the day before to confirm the delivery date and window for the actual delivery. I was told that I would need to sign for the package and I requested to be contacted prior to the delivery since I'm working from home due to COVID-19, and may need to reschedule some meetings. I also wanted time to move my vehicles from the driveway to allow the driver to get as close to my garage as possible (the boxes were heavy and I didn't have help due to social distancing).
However, the package was just placed at the bottom of my driveway without notice, and was blocking my main vehicle. We only discovered it was delivered because my wife had a medical appointment and needed to make other arrangements since we were blocked in. My concern is that if things were different the package could've been left there all day for someone to take...
Anyways, I called their customer service department and ended up speaking with the Manager, who was extremely nice BTW, to provide feedback about the experience. She assured that the feedback would be forwarded to the driver...
Where is my order?????? It was booked and confirmed delivery November 30th. It was to be delivered Dec 3rd by 1pm. Then at 330lm. Nothing. Called again. The lady was polite and said drivers route was changed. She said driver had 1 more stop in a town 30 minutes away and said it would be here by 530pm. Well its 7pm and Im sure driver is not coming. Delivery of my new stove has been over two weeks delayed with these guys. When driver finally did come it was at 9PM (I live rather remote and my driveway isn t navigable for a big truck at night). Had to refuse the shipment and went to reschedule only to be met with patronizing customer service saying that it was my fault I refused the shipment. Perhaps I should have let the driver try to back into my (long, heavily wooded, and not lit) driveway in the pitch black? Or probably more likely have to navigate it myself when he leaves it at the end of the driveway.
Ordered a kayak through Costco. Received a call June 16th for delivery the 17th. After three promised delivery dates and times set up all no shows. Had to change work schedules and appts. Spoke with Customer Service all three times and still no delivery or call. No communication. Where is my order?
Terrible place to work, full.of lies, promised a raise that was suppose to take 2 weeks and 48 weeks later never got one but all kinds of excuses. Reading other complaints and thier lies about delivery times you.can tell what type of company this really is
