We are a large design firm. Our interiors group pull many materials for their projects and we store them in large custom-sized acrylic trays that we purchase from Graphic Spider. The service is fast, the pricing is fair and there is no reason for us to ever find another source

I got a rude rejection of my order from Joe, there was also no promised discount match that is mentioned on the main page of the website. I will not contact this company again.
Came in to get some boxes engraved for a baptism was a quick in and out. Great professionalism and the boxes came out great couldnt be happier. Thanks Joe. Highly Recommend.
Joe was super responsive, quick to produce and install for two of my customer service offices. His flexibility and attention to detail is amazing! I highly recommend Graphic Spider. You won't be disappointed!
Needed some CNC cut stencils for putting cinnamon logos on coffee foam for a special event, very last-minute. I called Joe, emailed him a file, and they were done within a couple of hours.
Graphic Spider can do it all! Reached out to Joe about doing some name tags for our team. He gave me some great options and we proceeded with one of them. Name tags we engraved and vinyl pieces used for the correct color layout. They are a can do kind of place that gets the job done right!
I came in asking to have a simple structure made for me which he quoted me $50 which was fair. I agreed to the price and we started to work on my project. I gave him rough measurements and asked him to cut something at an angle to which he said: "it probably wouldn't work at that angle", so I then asked "so what angle would work?" He ignored my question and proceeded to work on my project. He drew up my measurements on his computer and began cutting without the final okay from me.
I was testing out my structure and asked him if I could peel off the sticker that was on the acrylic and he said: "you can do whatever you want, it's yours now." keep in mind that I didn't even give the final go to have it done. I only gave the okay to start working on the project. He also didn't build the structure for me, which is the reason I came to him in the first place. So I paid $50 for him to cut something that I could have done on campus for $15. He didn't build it, and he didn't cut at an angle as I asked for. I asked him to break down the price so maybe I have more clarity as to why it costed me $50, all he said is "that's what I think my time is worth" keep in mind I was there for 15 minutes as he pressed some buttons and brushed off my questions.
I went home feeling uncomfortable with what I got and called him a week later to try to figure out a solution. He immediately started yelling and interrupting me as I was trying to explain how I felt. I wanted to work out a solution but then he proceeded to blame me for not "standing up for myself." Personally, I don't feel like a business should ever have to put someone in a situation where they have to "stand up for themselves" in the first place. Our entire phone conversation consisted with him yelling at me and blaming me for things instead of trying to work something out.
