Arrived at my booking time 07.55, was told we don't tip inbound loads until 10.00. Okay. 10.00 came and they went on a break. Eventually started tipping me at 11.05 and finished at 11.25. 3.5hrs for a 20min tip is unbelievable.
The service is absolutely diabolical, if I could give minus stars it would be a -5.
If you are interested in their products, better to go to some of their retailers who have better displays and are focused on selling to the public.
Waited an hour awaiting 2 sheets being brought over. First visit thought it was a one off but after the second visit and waiting a further hour. Bring a pack lunch or a tent if you intend to collect in person.
