World worsted posting system. Almost 8 days I still wait my parcel I can t get. Doesn t have any contact number. I had very very bad experience with GLS I never use again. It s my first and last time.
I would say that the normal mail service delivers quicker than this courier, they totally spoil your shopping experience, their tracking is laughable since it doesn't provide substantial information i.e when the delivery is scheduled. So why pay for such a poor service when you can have a much better service using any other courier (except SDA which is more or less the same )????

This is one of the worst delivery services I ever experienced. They have never consign my goods and wrote off they did. I was home the whole day. They have a useless customer automated service which makes everything so, so hard. Not sure why Amazon use such a disgraceful company
Waited at home the whole day for a parcel, which was eventually delivered to random parcel shop without even letting me know or trying to see if I was at home (and I did get another delivery, so other people have obviously been able to find the address). Contacted customer service and the response was totally unacceptable and it turns out that apparently this is the policy when delivering abroad. Thank you for this appalling experience, the waste of my time for somebody else's bad work and absolutely zero care. If I had known the amazon marketplace seller of choice was planning to use GLS Italy for the delivery I would not have made the purchase at all.
Late delivery, little info, nota at all accomodating. Package was supposed to arrive on the 10-11 and at the 15th still nothing, called to asked for explanation, said they're delivering in 1-2 days...asked them to leave the package even if I'm not there and they said they don't do that, asked them if they call before arriving and said they don't do that because receiver didn't asked for it in the first place. At this point I just hope it'll arrive and never use the service again...hope amazon will change courier options.
Very poor service u wait for ur courier for all time just once u see their courier van passing by n after few days they say they tried to deliver 2 times i just can't get it like nothing no slip n don't know what to do
My shipment is still missing worth of 103 euros the shipment was delivered to someone else what a poor service please provide your couriers a good orientation programme regarding delivery with responsibility one of the hopeless courier company in the Europe
Disaster. Better to throw the parcel in the garbage than send via GLS Italy
