Great store! Nikki was especially helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. The gentlemen at the parts counter was almost as good as Nikki This is now my "go to" dealership!

Worst service everrr! Stay away from their mechanics who know, NOTHING!! THIS PLACE SUCKS

The ladies in there were great. They helped out tremendously in finding the sizes and product I was looking for.

We weren't really looking for motorcycle when we stopped in it was more of a "just looking" after we left there we went to another dealer to look and almost immediately turned around and went back and bought bikes the same day. My experience there was top of the line thru 2 personal purchases purchases and 2 family member purchases of bikes very recently. Everyone from sales, finance, apparel, parts and service, were amazing and were friendly and patience through all the questions of bikes, parts, helmets ect. My personal purchases were such a pleasant experience. More so then I have ever experienced before. They make you feel welcome, just like your family to them!

Love the Harley family in Idaho Falls! From sales floor to financing to clothing to the parts counter to the installation department!! It was a hell of an experience "especially being my first Harley"! They are friendly and immediately start treating you like family from the second you walk in the door. Hell! Even the customers start treating you like family which I think is kinda part of the magic of being a Harley owner! So thank you Frank, Dave, Roy, Duckie, and Cody!! You guys are awesome!! DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I was traveling through on my Harley up to Montana when my primary chain tensioner decided to disintegrate. So, in the morning I stopped by this dealership to see what they could do to repair my problem. The service adviser was great at addressing my need of getting me into the shop, but while I was describing my problem the service manager proceeded to be condescending to me by stating that I didn't know what I was talking about and that my clutch cable wasn't on the same side as my primary chain (which he was mistaken about).

They got me into the shop and after a while they brought me back to show me the inside of my primary chamber and what had happened. The plastic chain tensioner had fell apart inside and was ground into tiny plastic chunks, but other than that the case looked like it could be flushed out and the part replaced and I could be on the way. I asked this and was rejected. They stated that they would have to take apart the transmission, and engine block and it would be an incredibly invasive procedure that would cost $5000.

I was appalled and it made absolutely no sense to me. So, I started calling my local shops in Utah. Everyone was awestruck by the diagnosis and said the procedure would cost $200, including parts and labor. I decided to trailer my bike home. After they put it back together I was charged $80 for a ruined vacation, to be talked down to, and for them to have an astronomical misdiagnosis that was $4800 over.

The techs and service manager are not knowledgeable about simple repairs. I could only imagine something that needed serious repair.

Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Roy in the parts department is really good at what he does and is very knowledgeable about what you need for different bikes.

One of the best dealers I have ever done business with! (and I used to work for an HD dealer). The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. John in Service is a treasure, he got my friend's bike in on a busy Friday morning just before Sturgis; got it checked out and back out the door in a timely manner. The store was jam packed with riders, yet John kept his cool and helped everyone without seeming rushed.

Bought a tshirt and a poker chip. Place used to be a potato cellar. Cool building.

Took my bike in for minor repair to the horn. It took a week to get the part, which seems rather long for HD. When I got the bike back there were several wire loose under the seat. When I called to find out what they were I was told to bring it back in and they would go over it with me. One of the wires was hot. As it turned out they were from another horn I had installed. I can't believe they just left the wires hanging. They never called me to ask if I wanted them removed, if I wanted to know anything thing about what the status of my bike was I had to call them. I have been to several HD dealers cross country and never had such lack of communication with a dealer before. They may be fine for buying bikes but I don't know that I would ever go back for service. I am giving two stars just because the horn does work, not for their service.

I've been working with Idaho Falls Harley-Davidson and they have done me a fine job it's been a pleasure working with John Cody Scot and especially Jason what an electrical wizard. I've had an electrical problem for 10 years and it was solved today. Highly recommended

Very good service at this point. One of our bikes was injured and needs an insurance estimate. They are storing another bike for free while we await the verdict. We are from out of town.

John in service got me in late Saturday afternoon like almost closing time late. We were riding thru coming home from Sturgis. They got me fixed and out in less than an hour. A couple of new spark plug wires and presto change fixo. I could not be happier

This dealership is truly one of the nicer ones I have seen in Idaho and Utah. The people here are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you come on a Saturday you can get some free food and beer as well. The people in the service department know what they re talking about and super helpful. From the exterior you would never know that the inside is as nice as it is. Definitely stop in to this location when you re in Idaho Falls

All great people down here. My battery was dead and I was coming through town. They got me back on the road in no time at all. Would definitely recommend!

We were on a ride to Yellowstone from Utah and couldn t figure out how to make our SENA communicators connect our entire group. Cody went above and beyond to help us figure it out. Another great experience at a Harley Davidson dealership where customer service reigns supreme!

My wife and I were returning back to Twin Falls from a long weekend of travelling. Unfortunately, our bike decided not to cooperate and loss power in Idaho Falls.
I knew there was a Harley dealership and I figured I would just have our bike towed over there. I messaged the dealership to let them know what was going on. Mind you, this was on a scheduled day for them to be closed. Within 30 minutes, Jim (General Manager) responded and had me cancel the tow. 30 minutes after that he showed up with a trailer to take our bike back to have it worked on.
It was a nice reminder of how great community can be.

I give this place 5 stars because there customer service is great! Ive been road tripping on my 2020 sportster 1200 from California and i had some issues with my bike from a previous harley dealership and the general manger completely hooked me up to get back on the road! Everyone is so nice from the girls in the front to the service guys! I cant thank them enough! They will make sure you leave with a smile on your face!! Thank you guys! Make sure you stop by and check it out! Now im on my way back to California with a smile on my face!!

John and Cody in service are awesome to deal with! In fact, all the guys there are great. Glad to have them as my local dealer.

First time getting my 08 Sporty 883 custom 5K service done here. My local dealer is Missoula, Montana. I compared the receipts for the same exact service and was astounded by the price difference. Plus, this dealer (Chester Teton) tacked a bogus Shop Supplies fee of $15 onto my bill. I paid $218 for 5K service in Missoula, MT and $336 for 5K service in Idaho Falls, ID. I do not recommend this shop, and I won t be returning.

Just had a service done on an 01 road king police and feel your shop addressed the issues i asked to have looked at. They were professional and thorough with explaining what maintenance items needed addressed. Had a full service done and they even changed the spark plugs and charged me for the part. Very happy and will be a repeat customer for sure

I went in to get prices from for Service on a couple Harleys I'm getting from a deceased relative. I walked in and was greeted with an introduction and a handshake. Told what I needed as I had not been there before I was lead to Service and introduced to John. I felt like John and I had been friends forever. They understand customer service.

Last Friday afternoon three bikes and I while traveling around Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho, had a water pump problem with a Tri-Glide. We overheated in Victor and called for assistance. You told me that it was safe to drive the bike there (66 miles) and you would drop everything and take a look at it. We were traveling from MASS, CONN, and New Hampshire and were due in Jackson Hole that evening to meet others. We limped to the dealership around 1:20pm. Your service department jumped on the problem immediatly made the neccesary changes and got us back on the road at 3:15pm. Your tech saved our vacation, and we totally appreciate the effort! Thank you so very much!!

Frank and Dennis went out of their way to get me on my bike! Frank even followed me back to my hotel so I could drop of my car and then brought me back to my brand new iron 1200!!!
