Terrible service. Have told the post office numerous times that a person doesn't live at our address and they continue to mail us their items. Also they do not deliver on guaranteed deliver dates for packages and wont even make an attempt/knock at door or leave a redeliver note...
Our mail carrier will not pick up outgoing mail from our mail box. They just put the flag back down and leave the mail in the box. Also will not answer the phone.
Friendly staff. Very efficient. Went in for a passport, was simple, fast and date I say it even enjoyable. Thank you!
I try to give places multiple attempts, but this location and their employees mostly have bad attitudes.
This is the second time something couldn't be delivered or wasn't, all due to the secondary delivery service they hire on Sundays.
I get text updates and I received two, one stating my package could not be delivered due to my address then another stating that they attempted delivery but couldn't? So which is it? I was here all day, and I can hear everything, and NO ONE knocked on my door. Nothing, not even a note letting me know they tried to deliver. Well apparently this is a common issue with this Sunday delivery service they hire.
This has happened to me so many times, I would say only a handful of individuals are fantastic, but the rest have been horrid and rude. I really appreciate the lady who regularly comes to my door to deliver packages and the man I spoke with about this issue, they are always chirpy and friendly!

Our mail carrier delivered an envelope that isn't ours. Only the numbers matches, but it is a different street and different name. I set it back by my mailbox, so I thought the mail carrier would pick it up and deliver it to the correct address! I was wrong, the mail carrier dropped it back again into my mailbox!! Question: Do I have to deliver it , cause our mail carrier will not pick up mails from houses ? I will have to go into the post office on my time to let them know. Probobly nothing will happen cause our mail carrier isn't like his job !!!
Everyone there is friendly and informative. I was sending a package out and I didn't realize I had packaged it in a wrong priority envelope. The employee was nice enough to let me know that I might get charged back on this item and gave me the right package to put my item in. Saved me some time and money not having to go back home to re-package.
This is the only location where I ve experienced difficulties shipping a package. There is one employee who refuses to accept my packages, because he thinks the label is missing information when it s printed through eBay. I take the same package to the location on Michagn street and they accept it no problem. This has happened twice. I won t be going back there.

Packages need to be scanned in people! Don't let my packages sit around for hours, it makes me look bad. And best believe it I'm gonna tell everyone who is the kink in the system - YOU
I'm getting pretty tired of USPS claiming they've attempted delivery of Sunday packages, only to watch the mailman sit in the mail truck and drive off without even getting out. Then I receive a message "could not access the front door". I was waiting for the buzzer to ring all day and there was nothing. This has happened more times than I can count. Why am I paying for shipping if my items never arrive on Sundays like they say they will. Highly unprofessional and lazy.
Absolutely pathetic. Never in my life has I seen such blatant laziness, and cant do attitude.
your station is terrible everyone is rude sometimes the mailman comes down our street several times a day we have even seen the mail delivered on sunday get your people together making a complaint to the office in D.C
Would like to know why it takes a whole week for a card to go from 4 mile and Alpine to Remembrance Rd? And would like to know why I can mail something on a Wednesday and it is post marked on a Friday?
Awful customer service, specifically the sarcastic lady I talked with. She talked in circles the entire time around my problem(which was just to ask why a carrier listed an attempted delivery when I have proof from calling that their was only a delay and never an attempted delivery) She got very defensive, which I dont blame her because when she tries to get a supervisor they are nowhere to be seen. And according to her there were three working. I thought there was only an issue with the carrier, but I guess not.

Multiple pieces of mail that were sent out weeks ago have not shown up. I called this branch to get answers and I got a busy signal. I tried again, same thing. All day long, all I get is a busy signal when I call this branch. Even the toll free number gives me a busy signal. Unfortunately, this incompentancy is probably a result of our own actions. All we do is complain that the Govt. is too big. We demand to have our taxes lowered and then get upset when Govt. agencies fall short on customer service.
Plenty of supplies available. Staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions.
Our mailbox was recently filled with a neighbor's mail. Today they reported a "Delivery Exception" for a properly addressed small package, and I was at home at the time listed (all day, in fact). Online it says to contact local Post Office. Tried calling, what a joke! After getting caught in an infinite loop three times, on fourth try was finally told to expect a 40-50 minute wait. Gave up. Then found package was actually delivered. Third world service.
Service is embarrassing. I stick a letter in the mail box, put the flag up ,mailman never takes it. People try to mail me things, and they never get delivered to me. I ve never had this ever happened in any other city I ve lived in my whole life.
If I could I would leave no stars. Our carrier picks and chooses when she wants to deliver our mail. Claims our receptacle is full when is in fact empty. I ve never had this happen with a carrier until I moved into this neighborhood 5 months ago.
Every time I ship something from there, they complain. (Even when sending small items in a sealed envelope)
If this wasn't the cheapest, I would never use it in my life.

I literally called and after a minute of ringing, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me.. I called back after just over 3 minutes of waiting listening to the phone dial, they disconnected the phone. Really?
This place is a disgrace. Unkempt grounds continue to make the neighborhood look bad. A few good employees, but certainly plenty of typical government employees.
what a joke.... the post office delivered someone's mail to my house, instead of leaving it on the porch in front of the door like anyone would do they stuck it in a box that was full of other boxes and some trash due to me being in the process of moving.... well long story short usps harassed me and my wife about this package I never seen!! saying I stole it and they wore going to take me to court and its a federal offence to steal mail. well I found the package you all been looking for! ill keep it safe till someone with some respect comes and apologizes to me and my wife.

If I could give them no stars I would. I am having a difficult time getting packages delivered. Last night I got my mail but not my package because they said the mail receptacle was blocked. If that was the case how come the mail was delivered but not the package?????

I remember as a kid when the post office used to say, neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow would keep the mail from getting delivered. Nowadays it's a much different story.
We (those of us on my street) have not received our mail since February 13th; today is the 22nd. That's 7 post office business days without mail.
For the most part I don't really care as they don't delivery anything worthwhile anymore. It's just no wonder they continue to lose so much money year after year. They completely unreliable.
I was in this post office today, three days before Christmas, at closing time. I was so impressed with the patience and kindness that the employees were showing the customers. I imagine that these employees must have had an incredibly long day, but they were helping each and every customer figure out the cheapest way to get their gifts to loved ones by Christmas (including helping customers re-package into fixed-rate boxes). Five stars - thanks for your excellent service!

Went in to this location to pick up a package and was greeted very rudely by a middle aged agent who didn t seem very willing to help or want to help me at all. Mind you all I had to do was pick up a package and I had already paid to do so. I have dealt with this location many times before and have had similar experiences with rude agents and condescending attitudes. I guess I should ve known. Don t know if these agents here are just miserable in life or if they are just plain helpless. None the less I ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing considering they are a federal entity.
Calling their phone number will take you to an automated message that's says it is connecting you to an operator. It then kicks you to a line that sounds like it's supposed to be a fax, and finally hangs up on you.

Mail not being delivered, called several times then went down was treated very badly like I did something wrong. Asked to speak with the station supervisor was told he was not available and he doesn't talk told customers.
My mail is constantly getting lost and apparently I can't pick up my packages. I waited for the supervisor for 20min and they never came. The worst post office I've ever had to deal with. There is one helpful man there, Ricky (I believe?)
We have lived in the same house for over 50 years and find now that mail delivery out here is getting worse. Either we get the wrong mail or the mailman is super late, delivers after dark so we cannot get our mail that time (have to watch out for people who steal the mail too) or doesn t pick up the outgoing mail from our box. On top of that, the post office has the gall to raise the postage rates. How about some responsibility to your customers?
Always a line with 1 maybe 2 people working. Rude customer service. It will be my last time there and recommend going elsewhere. Even if it cost more.
Constantly giving my mail to my next door neighbor when it CLEARLY say MY NAME on MY MAIL!!!! This happens nonstop! Honestly how hard is it to deliver mail on a sunny and beautiful day like today?!!! Beyond irritated!
I went in twice looking for the same package that was supposed to be delivered that day. Both times i was given a different excuse.
Update! Package shown on truck for delivery that day, again. Carrier delivered all my junk mail no problem, and left with the one thing that was supposed to come today. Sweet.
