Very very beautiful ... nice service ... good food and awesome view in nearby hotel

The place is so cool . Very natural and away from the crowd. Very suitable for intimate parties or like a ret ret. The service is okay and fast. It's just a shame that in my opinion the menu is a bit more expensive than other hotels and for the tastes of Indonesians, especially Manado, is not suitable. I think it's a bit bland hehe. So it's a bit of a shame if you order at room service. The pool is nice and cool. If it's night time and the sky is clear, the stars can look so many. Not rich in the big city of Jakarta. And the coolest part is the bridge and the mangroove forest. It's really fresh to see the green and the water is really clear. But unfortunately, there are some people who like to throw garbage there when I go there. A bit annoyed because it really ruins the view and not really the point.
And what's unique here is, the rooms are far away, now there is a car ready to pick us up from the lobby to the room. You can rent a bicycle too ... over all it's good

40mins from the city center of Manado, this was a beautiful hotel, complete facilities, staffs were kind, the room was clean though its not so big, and the breakfast was not so bad with many food options. And oh wait, it has this wonderful wood bridge that stretches probably like 500-800m to the sea and you can see Bunaken from there. If you are hoping to go to Bunaken it takes only 10mins and you can book the boat right at the reception.

Nice hotel. Staff are very helpful. Can book tours from reception and will guide you through the choices. Tours arrive on time to collect you and drop you off at hotel. The pool area is great. The rooms are clean, tidy and modern. The resturant is good and serves lots of choices. Good food. The hotel is not close to city but you can order taxi at reception. Would like to have stayed longer. Quiet hotel and would certainly visit again.

My favorite hotel in Manado so far. Cleanliness is !!! Anyway, in terms of hotel rooms, views, swimming pools, service and restaurant menu is recommended!

This hotel, which is located at the 'end' of Manado City, is indeed very suitable for getting away from the city crowd, spending the weekend with family or office activities. The meeting room is right in front of the room. The hotel is very spacious which can be surrounded by bicycle (available in front of the lobby).

Grand Luley Manado is a beautiful hotel in manado city, nearby Bunaken National Park, and Siladen Island (beautiful white sand island). If you looking some place you can enjoy your silence, you can find it in this place.

A basically very well located and laid out hotel, which was certainly a gem in the area. Unfortunately, you have failed to maintain it. It seems worn in many places. Service is absolutely great, breakfast is good.

I was in Manado for biztrip, I supposed to stay in hotel around the city but apparently most of the 4-5 stars was fully booked. So, I was kinda forced to booked this hotel instead, which is quite far from the city. Turns out, I love this hotel! I don't feel bad anymore for staying here, despite the location. I think this is a great hotel to stay for holiday, it's LIT! Nice room, nice food, nice view, nice service, All is great!

A little bit far from the city but that's all we need, right? A quite and relaxing place, great seaview from the jetty, plus diving service, all in one place.

The hotel has stayed twice, the service is good, and the meals are excellent. The invincible sea view is even more amazing. The intertidal zone is clear and beautiful.

A very nice place for weekend hide-about. This is the best place for those who like to be alone, far from city noisiness. Great place to spend time with your kids...

The staff were wonderful sweet. The dive center was very competent, as well as delicious diving and with everything it entails in the maritime environment. Beautiful area. Super nice rooms.

The hotel is good and is located in the upper city of Manado a bit outside the city, about 1 hour from Manado, its position is located on Tanjung, from this hotel to access the Bunaken Island is quite close, about half an hour ride speed, the atmosphere is quite calm and very good time, enjoy tranquility and relax.

The service at the reception is not very good. In fact, using visitors to get personal benefits other than that the hotel is haunted

Great resort that I have a feeling going to be a hot talk all over the world.

Everyone was nice, polite. Always smiling and ready to help. Strived to do their very best to please us and made sure everything fulfilled our expectation.
I am impressed with the dive crew, thanks to pak Onong, pak Thamrin , pak Darman,pak Ramli pak Yeri, we were spoiled. 3 of us dived , 2 snorkeled (my daughter and I). They found us great spots, amazing sea creatures. Showed us how to play around with fishes and turtles. They went extra miles to make sure we were not only having a safe and fun snorkel but also a learning experience for my children.

We had minors problems with amenities, but were handled graciously. They worked hard to make our stay perfect and as expected. There are still room for improvements, but I think the management is in upward direction.

We bought package that comes with room,dive and meal. The meal was excellent, delicious, tasty.
Airport pick up and drop off was excellent. Nice and clean car. Polite and kind driver.

Great view, calm, but you need to get a car to go here. Otherwise it'll be difficult to get a taxi from here.

I want a convenience store (I want to buy water easily). Hospitality is good.

In general, the facilities & the view is good, but there was a room where the AC was damaged and the response of the maintenance staff was rather long.
But outside of that I really enjoy because here there are cycling & swimming facilities, but if you want to shop outside (for example, a minimarket) it's quite far about 20 minutes

Grand LuLey Manado, Why do I like this hotel. The air is sea view close to Bunaken and Siladen. And since 2004 we have stayed as a family here. And it is suitable for Org2x Jakarta to have a vacation here. Safe and clean. According to the protocol from the entrance, we have checked ... .

One of the best and most comfortable hotels in Manado, the scenery is cool, the food is delicious, the service is also good

A beautiful location, handy to Bunaken National Park & its many dive spots, with a professional & accommodating Dive Centre, and fantastic, friendly staff from reception & front-of-house through to domestic services, maintenance, security & drivers. It's worth the walk into nearby Tongkaina for local food, which is not Grand Luley's strong point. Very family friendly, so don't choose a pool-facing room if you prize sleeping in, but there are ample garden-oriented options & plenty of relaxing spaces. Overall a great experience, with lots to do, as well as opportunities to just chill & enjoy.

Love everything abt this hotel! The room, free bike, service, the lounge with karaoke and biliard table, the pool,garden, jetty and near location to Bunaken/Siladen. Only the food that I think not special.

The place is nice ... Spacious. Suitable for Family Vacations. Quiet atmosphere .. Beautiful natural scenery. Service is good.

CM some places need maintenance only. Tks
