Really liked being here. This place has a really unique atmosphere (some sort of calming). The staffs are okay, the foods are great.

The facilities at this resort are beautiful, but the service and staff make it a frustrating stay. The dive shop is expensive to begin with, and then all of their dives have a "minimum pax," sometimes unto four people. Instead of offering to coordinate with one of the many nearby dive centers, they just tell you they can't take you unless you pay double or triple. We've tried to coordinate several day trips out of the resort this morning and every one is met with a logistics obstacle. The internet doesn't work in the rooms, the spa staff can't accommodate two people in separate rooms, there is constant ongoing construction. It's a shame that this hotel is poorly managed, because it really has a lot of potential.

A wonderful hotel area. Very helpful and very friendly staff. Excellent buffet (breakfast and dinner). I would recommend anytime. Five stars for Grand Luley Resort There is a beautiful jetty through a mangrove swamp to the jetty. The hotel also has a gym.

I give 2 stars for this hotel. This hotel has a good potential. But unfortunately, they forgot the important thing that they need to give a serious training for the receptionist. Because the receptionist must give a good welcomr to the customers. Stayed only 1 night with 3 rooms, but one of our toilet's electricity didn't work, and our room's key didn't work. Thank you, Grand Luley for the hospitality.

Bad reception service .. I waited a long time instead I was told to sit down .. check in said it could only be 3 o'clock.
After entering the room while being cleaned .. used masks were hanging on the lights near the TV. No towels ... asked for up to 3x were not delivered ... after coming to the reception 1 hour later they were delivered ... drinking water must be taken in a dispenser near the stairs, the water tastes brackish ... disappointed to stay here at a quite expensive price but not getting service at all

Unfortunately, the room was either cleaned or not, when I came home, the towels were not replaced, the floor was not mopped, the glasses were not replaced, and there were several cobwebs on the bathroom wall. but housekeeping quickly responded to my complaint.

On a scale of 1-10, the value is 9. Lacking apart from housekeeping, there is also a lack of direction boards. So when I arrived at 7pm, in a dim state, I almost went to the pier because I got lost.
