Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel Review

I loved this greasy modern Hyatt it wad a greasy bake for its price. Really comfy beds and great amenities. The staff is amazing

I had a really good experience staying at the Grand Hyatt Washington.
Hotel was walking distance to the National Mall and the subway station is connected to the hotel.
Hotel restaurant was good, and there is a Starbucks on site for a quick bite.
The customer service was really good. I had an appointment at the Ford Theater and started to rain, concierge provided 4 very good umbrellas so i could walk there and i returned at the end of the day.
Overall i believe is one of the best hotels in Washington Dc

The staff we've interacted with are so incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room is very comfortable, everything is clean, and it's quiet. The bed is to die for... I slept like Bob Ross had whispered in my ear about happy little trees all night. The location is great. You do pay to park in the garage, but you can pretty much walk everywhere or catch the metro (we didn't use it, though).

No complaints. We had a room that had a very small window. There's only a few of these rooms. It felt claustrophobic and we asked if they had something with a larger window and they accommodated is without any questions. It was a great start and the staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. It was a little strange because we stayed during covid-19 and right before the election. Everything was boarded up

Easy check in process. During check in , I was informed that my room was recently cleaned and that no guest had occupied the room that we were staying in for over 24 hours. This meant a great deal to me as it was my 1st time staying in hotel since the pandemic. Even before the pandemic I was a stickler on presentation and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. My 1st interaction with the front desk was very pleasant.
The room was clean and well kept, which kept me at ease during my stay. A day after check out. I discovered that I left a few personal items behind. I contacted the front desk and they immediately checked the room and located my personal items . My items are being shipped to me and I could not be more pleased. If you are staying in the area, I highly recommend this location.

My parents stayed here during Mother s Day weekend while visiting me, after I suggested it. It was a smooth and amazing stay. They enjoyed their view and they loved the hospitality of the hotel. I went upstairs and it was extremely clean and the bed was truly comfortable. I helped them check-in and the front desk employee was extremely kind. He even helped me get some stuff to the room!

Absolutely perfect. The room is nice and the interior is fabulous. The service is top notch. If you don't want to pay for valet parking, they will point you to the parking lot next to the hotel. Be careful since the space is small which makes it hard to park.

Has to be one of the best hotels. The staff were so friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and welcoming. Seriously consider staying here! It was also convenient to have the option for valet parking. It was a little pricey but well worth it! OH! The dinner at the Cure restaurant right at the hotel was fabulous!! The Cobb salad and grass fed burger were DELICIOUS! Was surprisingly cheaper than expected too!

Pure Class
John at the front desk might be the best I've ever seen at his job. I have over 120 nights at various Hyatt hotels this year alone. I choose Hyatt for a reason and this one is a big part of my reason.
