Excellent Hotel, All Modern amenities, you have everything from Business to Leisure trip.

Staff all across are very courteous, helpful and charming.

Spread out layout, full of Greenery and Sea Beach makes it more attractive for across the Age Group.

Since the property is huge at times you face Maintenance hick ups. And Management need to look at this.

I wish to visit the place again.

Rating this hotel a 5 star hotel it means you don't know what is 5-stars!!! I will start with the positive note: the gardens, the beach and the pool! These are great. If this is the only important thing for you choose this place. Also the kids club is fine. Since our arrival at 12 our room wasn't ready. We told right away to prepare the extra bed as we are 3. Meanwhile we went to the pool. When we went finally to the room the extra bed wasn't prepared. At 6 we passed by the lobby to tell them again. Left the hotel and came back at 9,45pm still the bed wasn't done. We had to call twice to get it finally done at 10,30pm. We opened one fruit before leaving the room at 6, when we returned we found the table full of ants. The rooms are old, there is no wardrobe where to put your stuff.
The real positive thing of the room is the comfortable bed.
The breakfast: it is held in salsa verde and of course there is not enough place for all. So we were put to eat outside and even if shaded it was hot!!! Food is poor. It is great for those hords of Chinese who are around the hotel. There is no variety enough. We were so hot and sticky that between the heat and the average poor food we were fast to go.
We realized why normally we don't stay at Grand Hyatt hotels. This was only a last minute change due to an inconvenience. Never again!

A Quite, peace, beautiful and exciting haven in Bali

Friendly staff and good English. However noisy due to construction work, wich we were not informed about.

Lovely hotel area/roads being updated with lights, pool bar slow and cocktails poor, beer ok, staff brilliant and all very helpful and friendly.

Best property in Bali. Everything is available in the hotel, there are many showrooms inside the property. It has the best location Bali Collection is just opposite.

Very nice and big hotel with friendly staff. They rates are expensive.

The room was good, albeit its electricity switch, which is too "mastered" (push the master button, all of the electricity was gone, including the power for charging our phone, just like having the MCB right to our bed); the bathroom was slippery also.

The nightmare comes from the breakfast, hyatt provides 2 restaurants, neither of these were satisfactory. The choice were limited (especially for children under 2 yrs old) - Dont ask me about the juice, its concentrate juice; And we do have to queue for both of these restaurant (for both days we spent here).

Despite its five starred, we expect more than we were wished for.

Stayed twice at the hotel. On the second trip, the staff were amazing, looked after us really well. Amazing setting.

A 5 star hotel in the Nusa Dua area of a resort that has a very large tropical garden and has a beautiful beach vew

Very costly and not much in house activities. Almost all services are chargeable at very high cost.

This place is perfect for who looking for privacy and tranquility

The place is good but the service is very bad.

1. They are late around 30 minutes to pick up our VVIP guest in airport.

2. Their front office staff attitude is really bad.
We have booked rooms for 20 persons and finish the payment in advance. But some rooms were not ready yet when we arrived and we should wait around 1 hour. We arrived around 4 PM, so no reason the rooms are still not ready I guess.
And the worst is their staff attitude to us is not good. No smile at all for this mistake.

3. They don't allow us to bring our luggage to lobby for checkin (because we are large group?).

It is really disappointing service from famous hotel like Grand Hyatt.
We never face this kind of bad service, especialy for our VVIP guest.

Hopefully the management can improve the service especially their front office staff.

Beautiful and very comfortable tile with good facilities and services

Great value for money, surfing non-stop great for beginners, amazing kids club and loads fun for kids including a slide, walking distance to Bal to Collection with any shops, SPAs and restaurants. Great breakfast, but lunch and dinner is not great in the hotel

Hotel and building is good. Some staff seems like not trained well or new and arrogant. Some staff so profesional. Overall the experience is good.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in and the reception you receive it is a wonderful experience. A week would be barely enough to experience everything this place has to offer. It is more than a hotel or a resort, it's like a little city with everything you need. I can't wait to be able to return to this wonderful place.

Great Resort in the Heart of Bali u don't need to get out from there as it has multiple restaurants and bars inside the hotel, private beach, Swimming pool is not only huge but like a lake flowing thru mountains and greenery. Loved the place to it's fullest.

Great resort with a great beach and awesome pools. Very helpful staff. Only downside is all the drinks / food in the hotel are very overpriced. All the staff are wonderful and really accommodating.

Love, love, love this beautiful hotel. Great service, wonderful gardens and so much more. The food is superb and staff friendly. Will come again next year.

Vintage hotel with many facilities to be utilize, really deserved a 5 stars review

Great ambiance and environment while some facilities/amenities ate outdated

Just stayed there for 10 days with my wife and young son and we loved it. By far one of the best resorts we have been too. Food was great, accomodation was excellent and the staff members were the most polite and welcoming people you will ever meet.

Forgot to mention how beautiful the beach was as well. Its like a 2 min walk from our hotel room. Thank you for the great experience.

We will defintely come back here is a few years time...

Hyatt is using well. It is because the quality is high and there is no mistake. Besides, the resort feeling is high and the quality of the staff is good (especially Saipan).
The room, the pool and the restaurant were nice too.
I want to come again by the Bali Hyatt.

Rooms are dated and not especially clean. Grounds are beautiful. Everything at the hotel and all shops nearby are very expensive.
