The place is good but the service is very bad.

The place is good but the service is very bad.

1. They are late around 30 minutes to pick up our VVIP guest in airport.

2. Their front office staff attitude is really bad.
We have booked rooms for 20 persons and finish the payment in advance. But some rooms were not ready yet when we arrived and we should wait around 1 hour. We arrived around 4 PM, so no reason the rooms are still not ready I guess.
And the worst is their staff attitude to us is not good. No smile at all for this mistake.

3. They don't allow us to bring our luggage to lobby for checkin (because we are large group?).

It is really disappointing service from famous hotel like Grand Hyatt.
We never face this kind of bad service, especialy for our VVIP guest.

Hopefully the management can improve the service especially their front office staff.
