Strategic location for visiting the fantastic village and its thermal baths, courteous service and helpful staff

Unfriendly staff, table service in the racing restaurant at the Monza Grand Prix at one point I felt like laughing, I still had to finish the appetizer that I had someone at my table who already had the second and I the plate, of the first , in front of me waiting for me .... and to the question addressed to the waitress if they were doing a race, she, laughing, replied that the cook had given these instructions and that they had to take out the dishes ....... .rispecchia the way to make the director ....

The hotel is in a central position and the staff is very kind and very attentive. Fine rooms for both conferences and relaxation. It has a sauna and wellness area but I could not take advantage of it. Great location, close to the Terme Berzieri of Salsomaggiore. The rooms are a bit old fashioned with bathrooms from the 60s and 70s. Small parking lot.

Very convenient location in the center of the main square with adjacent parking on two floors with not many places but at a distance of 300 meters there is a large space with numerous free spaces. The structure is as old as all the hotels in the area but well maintained and with good cleaning. Discreet rooms but which, in my opinion, would need to be modernized, at least for bathrooms. The breakfast room is beautiful and bright with a wide selection of desserts and some savory.

We were last week, and we already feel the desire to return.
Perfect room, friendly and helpful staff, and we cannot fail to remember William who prepared excellent cappuccinos and hot crepes every morning, as well as exchanging two parore to start the day well.

Very well maintained and absolutely central retro hotel structure. Great hotel and catering service and the staff is very professional.

Charming structure, perfect location (in the central square !!!), delicious breakfast, and now there is also the SPA! What more could you ask for?

Of four stars it has only the name. My room was ridiculously ugly, small, cramped, very noisy and smelled of old stuff

We spent a weekend at the Grand Hotel Regina, when we could still move without problems and we had a great time. The welcome, courtesy, kindness and friendliness are the main notes. The pharaonic breakfast ... quality products and great variety. Same thing for main meals. The hotel in the center, connected directly to a spa area. We will be back with friends as soon as possible!

Sumptuous in the common parts in liberty style.
The space of the rooms and the bathroom is definitely sacrificed, added to the cheap quality furniture certainly does not reflect a four-star rating.
Very nice and polite staff.
