Very good hotel and amazing service. Really lovely stay with our family. Can only recommend Kronenhof.

Came here with my fiance just to explore and have some afternoon drinks and snacks. The building is absolutely gorgeous and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

We have had the most amazing family vacation. The kids club is more than professional and offers cool activities like milk shake making, yoga and high quality crafting. There is dinner for kids at 630. Adults can enjoy the large spa area (wow!) and outdoor yoga platforms overlooking the landscape. The house is very classy and the restaurants serve best quality only. Thank you !

The hotel impresses in all categories, but I would like to emphasise the excellent service of the staff! The staff know the guests by name from the first day and manage to balance an absolutely professional service with a pleasant family atmosphere.

The rooms have recently been beautifully renovated and the infrastructure leaves nothing to be desired. From a nostalgic bowling alley, a spacious and fantastically designed cigar lounge with adjoining billiard room, a large and cosy wellness oasis to a lobby and bar that are absolutely worthy of a grand hotel.



We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This hotel is a real gem, I ve come here for several years to ski. You get so much for your buck and always feel well taken care of. The food is wonderful but best of all is the spa!

Wow. If I could give it 6 stars I would. I've been lucky enough to stay in 5 star hotels before (Fairmont, Ritz, etc.) but this one tops them all and not just by a small margin. Every detail was taken care of. The quality of service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly starting before we even arrived (with the pickup from the train station). The pool/spa area is amazing. The massage was the best I've had in my life. The meal we had at the Kronenstubli was outstanding.

Overall: definitely worth the money and would love to come back again some day.

One thing to note: Pontresina is a small village. If you are looking for a vibrant night life scene this may not be ideal. But if you are looking for incredible mountain vistas, beautiful natural surroundings, comfort, luxury, class, and relaxation then this hotel is perfect for you.

Great old restored hotel. Great service and food. They wear suits and ties at the front desk. Amazing solid staircase. Stay here if you want the best.
