Classy ! Right in the very famous shopping area !Very nice hotel close to all the sight seeing points ! Sitting in the sun-room to have breakfast is a bonus !

One of the most luxurious places in Milan among the Hotels remains one of my absolute favorites located in the most exclusive area a few steps from Via Monte Napoleone Piazza Duomo, La Scala, and Piazza Affari. Served by metro tram to move quickly throughout Milan, otherwise comfortable taxis will take you everywhere. For lovers of luxury shopping it is perfect. Close to all the most visited tourist destinations in Milan. Glamou the aperitif! Very friendly staff.

Old style hotel, a 5-star luxury different from modern hotels. It seems to take a dip in the past.

We passed during the Milan Design Week 2019 Here I live the great composer: Giuseppe Verdi for many years; his suit has been preserved and on special occasions it can be visited, we have had this fortune thanks to Milan Design Week. The hotel is a splendid example of Liberty mixed with a truly tasteful and particular eclectic decor. This place is undoubtedly part of the history of Milan deserves to be visited even just for a drink in the splendid bar.

Fantastic location, fantastic restaurant and unbeatable service.
Also if you are staying there and the rooms are free, they can show you the rooms where Verdi was staying 20 years until his death.

AC didn t work. This is an old hotel, overpriced and not 5 stars. The concierge was helpful but had to be asked three times to fix my AC. I had to change rooms at 3am.

There is an air of the nineteenth century, luxury and tranquility in an environment with sitting areas where you can drink excellent chocolate

Beautiful place, well organized, been there for an event in winter, finger food was served. Nice atmosphere.

Great hotel, great service, depending on the room and weather conditions a fantastic view of the Alps. The only drawback: in the evening there was little going on at the bar, but the bar of Armani is right next door.

The furnishings are very classic, apart from "minimal", "radical" and other strange things.

Very nice hotel, well restored and maintained, with all-wood lifts and impressive rooms that make us almost travel back to the time when Giuseppe Verdi was staying here at the end of the 19th century.

Respect for tradition is still not compatible with the stars. Although the bathroom is large, beautiful and bright, the tub is too small and the taps deserve a refurbishment.

Nice experience to redo all the same because the establishment is centered, well connected with the rest of the city, the train station and the airport (the subway is right on the doorstep), the rooms are very well insulated and the bed is very comfortable.

The front desk and bar staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient, which helps to ensure that the overall experience is more than good.

Est Est Est all in the best expectations of comfort and kindness

Hotel in an enviable location just steps from the center and luxury streets. One of the most famous and renowned in Milan. Old style hotel, with stuccos, brocades, gilded frames ...... a style that must please and that in any case tired after a while. I attended a corporate event in the Caruso hall. Small room, on two levels, with a small balcony. Adjacent is a veranda overlooking the pedestrian square. Pretty but cold. Eating good but really scarce in quantity. For the price paid I would have expected much more.

Simply a fabulous hotel right in the heart of Milan and close to the Duomo. Spectacular lobby and superb rooms from deluxe to suites of all sizes. The service is extraordinary and the welcome hospitality exceptional. Highly recommended

This historic building is located in the center of Milan, the staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast is fantastic. Upon my arrival I found the chocolates and a handwritten note. I have to say that it's always nice.

The hotel was beautiful and service was fantastic. Every need was looked after, including some that I did not think of.

Breakfast organized by clients. Great ambience, very old world traditional, elegant, soft toned atmosphere, good service. The food was average but the waiters were impeccable. Good for business, in Milan's best area.

My favorite hotel in Milan for the authenticity and friendliness of the staff. You will work a little more on the service in terms of proposal for the aperitif. Make it a more captivating and contemporary. The rest is so beautiful, even if considering a conservative renewal would not be wrong. Having said that, I never slept there, I like to hang out there to experience the Milanese charm of that era. It is five stars for me, because it is truly unique, after which it should be treated with more care.

I booked a suite at the Grand Hotel for one night to celebrate a very special anniversary for me. I asked some special precautions right now. It was "something" we could find in the room upon our arrival.

They have chosen a romantic and "thousand and one night" accommodation for me. The "objects" I had asked to have in the suite have gone, even, beyond my expectations.
I can say that I lived "THE fairy tale" that I had prepared for my "sweetie". The staff more than helped me, making sure that every aspect was more than perfect. I thank everyone for this. However the "Albertazzi" suite, which they had assigned me, was fantastic. Thanks again to everyone.

Exceptional Service. The maid even took away hair from my brush. The location is very comfortable, it`s near Duomo and Rinascente, surrouned by all brand shops. Armani Bar is right around the corner.
