Grand Dorsett Hotel Labuan Malaysia Reviews

Thank you to all front-liners who were out there continuously ensuring all of us get to work and come home safely. The hotel was 1 of the quarantine hotel in Labuan and I must say, everything was well planned with careful SOP being implemented from our check in as Annex14 till we received our Annex17 form from the hospital. We were provided with 5 meals during our stay with a baggage of hot drinks packets in the room. Food was awesome with no delay delivery by the staff. The hotel team tried their best to make us comfortable during our 14 days of quarantine and do their best to assist us with our request.

Rooms are clean and maintained well. However balcony seems to be neglected and not cleaned for ages. Probably one of the best hotels in Labuan.

The exterior of the hotel is actually a pigeon colony: there are hundreds of them nesting all over the balconies, producing noise and residuals. And the hotel management ignores this fact and doing nothing to maintain their claimed stars status

Awesome hotel. Colonial style rooms close to everything. Daniel was my personal runner at the hotel during quarantine I can highly recommend his professional attitude.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Warm hospitality. Good location. Walking distance to shopping mall and banks.

Even in the current covid era but Dorsett is still the best especially the freindly and helpful employees.

I like this hotel very much! Very spacious, clean and well-maintain hotel (but need a little touch up for the bathroom). Loved the setting and ambience. Staff are friendly and attentive. Its a pleasant stay!

Quarantine hotel. Lovely spot for stargazing during night time.
