Beautiful place. Worth your money definitely. But bed bug was an issue to me.

Pleasant to stay here, room clean, the view nice, environment clean and calm, pool have three layer so you can choose where to swim.breakfast have lot varieties. I will come again next time for weekend gateway.

One of the best place for vacation I just being here for the business event, only half day. The room is so comfortable and perfect ! Recommended and for sure I will repeat it

Very serene, nicely managed resort. Rooms are quite nice and Very polite staff to support.

A lot of activities at kids play area, pool, spa, and lake; mostly closed as per SOP.

A few restaurants and pool side bar.

Verandah restaurant hosts the breakfast. under SOP, Breakfast was served on table and the team, took our special request for vegetarian meals. Served fresh fruits, breads, pastries, fried rice, paratha daal, hashbrown and more.. For drinks have juice / tea/ coffee /milk. kids breakfast is charged @RM18

For meals and entertainment there are a lot of places within 2-3km - DPulze mall, Shaftsbury square, etc. Putrajaya attractions are a few km from resort.

Overall very nice experience for a couple of days break from city.

Not a resort. Not 5 stars.

Let's start with the positives: Cyberview resort is beautifully landscaped, similarly to the township where it's located, Cyberjaya. Full of luscious green everywhere, and generally clean. Karma bar has a chilled setting and offers international cocktails.

Unfortunately, it misses the mark in so many ways. It has one attraction, a pretty yet small swimming pool. The gym is closed, the spa is closed, the fishing pond is closed, the tennis court is abandoned, there is no running track, no activities; all despite lockdown regulation allows them to be open. The rooms are scantily equipped: you get one toilet roll and 2 towels for 4 people. No bedsheets for pull-out bed. Verandah, the only open restaurant, is unremarkable for food and service. The room, one of the old garden-view ones, was spacious albeit heavily dated

We paid a discounted rate, due to the travel restriction, which made it a worthwhile stay.

All in all, it's ok for a staycation - so long it's discounted, a wedding, or if you need to be in Cyberjaya.

A really nice place to have a short staycation. Booked three rooms and the resort was really nice to entertain my request to have all rooms side by side. Check in was super fast and check out was seamless. One of my daughter room has a faulty air condition that was attended almost immediately. The toilet is nice and clean. Sadly I forgot to buy your green rob as we were quite in a hurry checking out. Really love the green rob. The pool is super nice with beautiful surroundings. This is not my first staying in this establishment. It never disappoints every time I stayed here. Just a little reminder, please keep the pool free of small loose sharp pebbles as it cuts my youngest daughter foot. And there is an artificial boulders nearby the water fall which was damage, you should have rectified it immediately as it does posed a small danger. Otherwise it s perfect, nevertheless I still give a five stars rating as we enjoyed our stay a lot. Kudos and do keep up the hood work.

There are 3 pools with different depths.
The staffs are very hardworking and friendly. The hotel should give them extra BONUS!!

We tried the Verandah restaurant too for dinner and breakfast . Didnt expect the foods to taste amazing!!! OMG. I love their salted egg prawn/calamari, sweet and sour fish and i forgot the other menus but all tasted amazing.

Very nice and cozy resort with swimming pools and slides. Awesome place to bring family for staycation.

Fantastic landscape, however no separation between adult and kids pool, overcrowded. Serious lack of staff, could not order drinks and food to the pool area. Spa is closed. Only one restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Quite generic limited menu of food. Need to go all the way from the pool to reception to get towels, seriously??

But very nice jungly scenery. Other than that would not really recommend
