Bern's casino is quite simple! By this I mean that it is well-kept, sober, efficient but not extravagant about decorations or the bar or whatever. There are lots of penguin bandits at the entrance and usually the consoles offer several games or the same game with different frame. Once in the big room you will find 2 3 roulette tables, a roulette video corner is even dedicated to the left, 3 blackjack tables and 1 or 2 texas holdem poker tables in head to head with the croupier (a bit special and 3 5chf mandatory!) A bit high you have against the real texas holdem tables in cash game and still a machine room. There are 2 smoking areas with all kinds of machines (my favorite video poker!).
The staff is not welcoming (from the croupier to the bank except the guards and crates at the entrance!) But good establishment that offers an entrance to 10chf with a soft drink or beer. On my 2nd visit I did not pay. Certainly the fact that I had already registered. Identity card required. A good half of the staff are bilingual or understand French! Parking was not that expensive and there is plenty of room

I was in the casino for the last time today. Pure rip off !!! I have 100.- on the NR. 23,24,28,29 set, of course, each No. A 25.- what I got was 350.- because the dealer said I played A 10.-. We had booked a package with entry to the casino including Chinese dinner. None of the staff knew where the restaurant was for this package. We were sent back and forth 3 times until finally someone knew where we could eat. Very embarrassing for a supposedly upscale casino! Continue with the selection for the package. According to the Internet, it was so understandable for us that there are 4 different menus to choose from. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There was only 1 menu. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat this menu because I had allergies to this menu. If it had been written more understandably on the Internet that there is only this menu, I would not have made a reservation. Fortunately, I got an alternative. The rest got the menu. This was also not recommended. Unfortunately the menu had no taste at all. It was just a couple of pasta flavored with bouillon although it was advertised as sweet and sour. The portion was so small that everyone at the table was still hungry. Overall, this evening was a catastrophe. I will not book this package anymore. It's a shame.

Casino was quite, with lot of tables and slot machines. Normal entry costs 10 Frank and you get complimentary drink for that.
