Lots of food for little money. Preparation was ok, friendly staff

Simply cozy, nice large heated terrace, comfortable chairs and friendly service. And tasty vegetarian snacks.

Food is good but 3.50 for fries or salad as sidedish should not. That just is standard equipment with the main course. Wines are good but the price.

Excellent service, our server was friendly and very attentive. The price is a bit high for the dishes they serve, but even so, it's worth it for the setting and location. After dinner, they play music and you can stay for a drink. As a recommendation, I did not like the wine from South Africa ...

A very nice restaurant with delicious food. Especially the pizza with salsicia and truffle is the hit !!!

Atmosphere was okay, good music! Food left a lot to be desired, king prawns were tough, meat was nothing special .. overpriced for what you get.
No tip but just the price of 85, but no more goodbye, probably we would not have paid enough for that ..... Very bad end of something not super washing machine unfriendly! Not recommended!

Had the seasonal beer and the 8 large shrimps with seasonal vegetables. All was excellent. Would have given 5 stars if service had been a bit faster and if the bill had not come to 30 .

My girlfriend and I were looking for a venue for dinner (at an event nearby)
We entered "de Tijd" because of its beautiful and cozy interior.
What a luck; all staff pleasant and friendly.
Our happiness could not be better; the food was also very good !!

One of the better tents on the square. Service is driven and nice and nice location below and above. Sometimes when it is busy they seem to have trouble at the bar though. Highly recommended!

Cozy cafe. Wide choice of drinks and snacks are excellent. Been here with a company drink. It takes some getting used to that staff speak English. With loud music it is sometimes confusing because you don't expect it

Always cosy! At a certain point the cocktails were removed from the menu. That was a shame ..

Fine seated, very nice with patio heater and a blanket. Unfortunately, there was lipstick stains on my glass from the previous visitor, perhaps a point of attention!

The place of the restaurant was lovely but the meals were disappointing. We were there with 4 persons. 3 different burger menu and a Lady Steak with vegetable of the seasons. The steak was dry, small and tasted like an old shoe. The vegetables cold without any spices. Also the burgers.
We spoke friendly with the waiter. He promised us to speak with the cook.

Small portions for a good price! Belly bacon from the lunch menu was very dry and looked more like a sandwich with 2 sandwiches on top of each other! some sweet and sour cucumber, no further garnish,

The meat that they served was almost 100% fat. It made me physically unwell. The fries were rock hard, dark brown and tasted bitter. The Danish waitress wasn't interested why I had barely touched the food when she came to connect the plate. Probably because she couldn't speak a word of Dutch. Bad experience. Very very bad. And a waste of money.

Only have time to talk to colleagues at the bar, but in the end I go for a drink at the neighbors.

Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. If you're really hungry, challenge a friend to go halves on the "Big Boy Burger", and if you're less hungry share it between four.

Good relaxed atmosphere with good wine and cocktails. A stairway to gaze into Dutch sense of refined tastes and attitudes while still being a foreigner. Sex machine in the Ladies restroom is a must see as a sign of the great lack of complexes and the open-minded habits of Dutch lifestyle :-)

Try the chicken skewer, wonderful. Great coffee, good service. Check out the inside, upstairs used to be a nightclub type thing, very pretty staircase and bar area. Decoration downstairs is a little modern, but with some interesting texture. Lots of outdoor seating right in front and further out in the square. Service good, but seemed like too much for one person.

I feel less welcome here lately. Have to get my drink at the bar myself, and the service is crabby. The location itself is still top.

Well taken care of. Acceptable prices. (Do not go there yourself anymore. It is the location of Wilders' lesser Moroccans and his friends. The memory of it spoils my appetite. For others, perhaps a recommendation.)

Cozy terraces. One on the square and one for the restaurant. Great food and friendly service.

We had the chicken satay and spare ribs at this restaurant. The chicken satay was stale, dry and the satay sauce was not tasty.
The spare ribs were not tasty nor did they seem to be cooked. We indicated this at the appointment; nothing was done about this, except for an excuse and 'too bad it was not satisfactory'.
The price quality ratio was very bad in our opinion. Far too expensive dishes for the minimal quality of the dishes.
The toilet paper was also used up on both the ladies toilets ..
The plus was the service, which in my opinion was okay (except for the bad handling of our complaint).

Eat very delicious. We had 2x burgers and 1x Argentine Aged Dry steak. Everything perfectly roasted as ordered. Staff very friendly. Gladly again.
