It is a very charming hotel. We had a two-day seminar and used the lunch buffet, but both quality and taste were beyond expectations. But the price is a little burdensome.

It's a hotel above Dongguk University in Seoul.

The feeling of being a little narrow, the quality of the meal of the wedding hall cattle was so low that it is hard to eat even those who do not leave food easily. People who are a little sensitive to the tenderloin steak rarely eat it. It was a really hard meal!

No view or great ambiance.
BUT good qaulity high tea for the price and the staff were very attentive and friendly to top up the hot tea.

The cleaning staff is very incapable of toilet paper. The three biscuits on the dusty floor on the refrigerator are still there. They can only suck in the middle (the cleaner on the 9th floor can't speak Chinese, English or Korean) and the coffee machine is just like They changed 4 times
The information network is very inconsistent. Everyone has different opinions
After telling a lot of questions with one person, I didn t deal with the problem except for a very good attitude.

The room has a capsule coffee machine, coffee is convenient, breakfast is varied and delicious!

This is the only hotel I will stay in when I m in Korea! The rooms are clean and very well kept.

It was neat and nice. The fact that soundproofing is poor seems to need improvement.

good location and take less than 10 mins walk to train station, and free shuttle bus to some shopping area. Room could be better, especially the bathroom doesnt look too pleasant. But bed is surprisingly comfortable.

There were enough jazi-no-goats and tastes.
Wine is Spanish, Chilean and Greek wine.
There was no French wine or American or Australian wines. Spanish wine was the most delicious.

Lovely views of Namsan and clean and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the free shuttles to Myeongdong and Dondaemon. As we needed directions and travel guidance we found the concierge service one of the best I ve experienced. Highest complements to Marine, who is poster perfect in all her mannerisms! She was more than patient and enthusiastic to assist in our daily queries.

Swimming pool is convenient and check-in process is satisfactory.

Yes the room is a bit old, but clean and very much comfortable. They also have n espresso and other amenities inside the room. Utmostly, the service is exemplary. I had packages sent from the U. S and I emailed them before hand, they replied promptly and no mistake was made. I have those boxes waiting for me when I checked in even when I forgot to ask. Mr Eui J Kim in the reception is really welcoming, efficient and very helpful. Staying in this hotel really adds my gratitude for being an Accor Plus Member. Thumbs up, Ambatel.

The location is good, but the subway station is about 10 minutes on foot.
I woke up late so I couldn't eat breakfast, so I don't know how.
I drank beer with a welcome drink coupon at the bar on the first floor, but the bar was quiet and nice
And the room is clean and the amenity in the room is really good!
Soundproofing is not possible when people pass by in the corridor

Shan Chung Road Nearby Shilla Hotel is a first class hotel with Banyan Tree. The room itself is a little old, but I do not know if it is because the hotel itself is old. I tried the kings in the restaurant rather than what I expected from lighting or food placement.

It is kind and good. Room temperature control is difficult.

Very nice place to stay. Easy walk to subway. The staff is incredibly nice. Bus directly to hotel from airport. Breakfast buffet is AMAZING! If you're from USA...be prepared to be confused by the toilets at first.

It did not matter how old the hotel facilities were, the hotel was very clean, so I was patient.
But in the evening, the unfriendliness of the morning front staff is the worst.
Everyone behaves as if it is annoying and will not come again.

The hotel is a bit old and not very convenient on the slope. But there is bus to go to Myeongdong Dongdaemun, very convenient. A friend who wants to live in a five-star hotel but wants to save money can choose. Good value for money.

The front desk supports multiple languages, so it is safe even if you are not good at Korean or English. The breakfast buffet is very good. Amenity is very abundant.

Splendid establishment off center of the city center of a few hundred meters only. This allows to be quiet but close to the tumult and hectic life of Seoul. Hotel very well arranged. The establishment is beautiful and the service of high fly (korean way of life requires). Rates are very affordable for an upscale hotel and to qualify make your reservations two months in advance.
The rooms and suites are very clean. The big plus is the breakfast at the hotel ..... what to say otherwise pantagruelique. To this day it is one of the best experiences of my life. I have despite my many trips had the opportunity to have a good breakfast. The choice is huge and the products more than fresh. There is something for everyone and the choice is beyond hope. You can easily spend two hours at breakfast so you can enjoy yourself .... and that's what we did almost every day during our entire stay in Seoul. Another advantage: free shuttles leaving you in different places from the city center from the hotel and to the hotel for the return and from 8am to late at night. The timetable of shuttles is also available to concierges. An ideally located hotel ... a very high quality service ...... an exceptional catering service and all the extras that make the ambassador Seoul pullman a perfect holiday destination to discover this splendid city.

We use black membership twice a year. Overall the service and everything else is satisfactory.

Everything you expect from a five star hotel, and they gave us an upgrade.

Room, food, staff correspondence, everything was good. As we can use shuttle buses such as Myeongdong, location does not mind.

Stayed in the double single bed room. Facilities are good as well as basic necessities such as hairdryer, comb, potion and lotion are provided. Free WiFi only available in the lobby whereby you need pay extra to surf within your open private room. Overall experience is generally good. Will stay again if given the opportunity.

It is a place where you can meet and communicate with your acquaintances in a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms were pretty good and the hotel is within walking distance from the train station (Dongguk Station). Giving 2 stars because when we stayed there, the rooms were really hot and we couldn t adjust the temperature in our rooms. When we called down to the reception about it, they told us the temperature was adjusted high because other guests may find it too cold . Would much rather they allow us to adjust our own room temperature to one that suits us instead of fixing it for us.

The price is expensive, but the restaurant buffet is expensive .. ^^

A little bit far from the famous places but the hotel provided free shuttle service.

My mom and her friend stayed at this hotel a week ago, and she made her book through the mobile app including paying for her stay. But the hotel double-charged the room fee to my mother's friend's credit card so we had to complained about that charge. Finally we could cancel the second pay but we had to call this hotel and almost fought about it. Even a motel doesn't cheat their customers like this way. Customers who would like to stay at this hotel should aware about novotel's cheating!

It was a good place to see Seoul and it was a good place for a discount.

Nice place to stay in Seoul! Spacious room and located not far from the subway station. Service is great and you can use your Accor card/membership for additional benefits. There is also an hourly shuttle from the hotel to Myeongdong area, for free!

Highly recommend this luxury hotel in the middle of Seoul. The King restaurant can't be beat for wide selections of many ethnic foods. Outstanding menu! Enjoyed the gym & pool.
