My mom and her friend stayed at this hotel a week ago, and she made her book through the mobile app including paying for her stay. But the hotel double-charged the room fee to my mother's friend's credit card so we had to complained about that charge. Finally we could cancel the second pay but we had to call this hotel and almost fought about it. Even a motel doesn't cheat their customers like this way.
