Biggest scam artist on the market, Dennis Graham, will promise you a $450/week plus a $600 signing bonus. HE WILL NOT pay you any of that. He pays you off of commission after having you sign a paper stating that you are independent on your second day into the business. If you decide to stick around for 5-6 months like I did he will pay you half of what you earned out of a personal account and 9/10 times the check will bounce. He is a sleezy con artist and will brainwash you into being "positive". Every time you ask him for a check he'll call you a "negative f***er" and treat you like a second class citizen. If I could put zero stars I would. He still owes me over $900 and other promises he made me while under employment through him. So basically if you want to work 80 hrs a week and be broke, this is the job for you.

I worked for this guy 11 hours a day for a week and when it came time to pay me for the week of work I had just done he refused to write me my check. He pays out of his personal checkbook. He's a scam artist and a horrible person as well.

Apparently none of these other clowns had ever worked off of commission before... I worked for Dennis Graham for 3 years and the only problems I ever had was if I didnt sell anything for weeks at a time... You have to sell cash or credit card deals or to good credit homes... If its a sub loan u only get a small percentage. If its a C class loan... You wont get paid and he wont make much either unless they actually pay the product off. I actually miss this... So to eachs own... If you just want a paycheck go work somewhere else. If you want to get rich, get good at this
