Purchasing a brand new Camaro was an exciting and smooth process thanks to our sales associate, Jesus Garza Jr.. He ensured we got the best deal, educated us on all of the features in the car, gave us plenty of options, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend contacting Jesus if you're in the market or have any questions about a new vehicle. Thank you, Jesus!

Wish there was a 0 star rating. Jesus Garza and his manager are very bad ambassadors for the owners of Graff Chevy. I love the Chevy brand and own cars from them. I wanted to experience a Chevy truck on lease. I my requirements were tough but not impossible. Instead I was hood winked by these two people and then they had the audacity to insult my intelligence. Shame on them and I am sure the dealership will be well served if they are given some sort of training in customer relationship
GRAFF CHEVROLET IS OUR CHEVROLET DEALER FOREVER ! ; SERVICE DEPARTMENT , REPAIRS POLICE VEHICLES FROM AN ENTITY , SEVERAL MILES AWAY . IF THIS ENTITY TRAVELS THIS FAR TO GET THIER [ TAHOE ] , REPAIRED , WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT GRAFF CHEVROLET ? [ TRUST ] !
I dealt with Stefani Conejo and Earl Hawkins ,they are awesome, very timely and professional and down to earth, would I recommend? Oh absolutely. Thanks for the Awesome Z71
We worked with Michael and he did a great job getting us into the vehicle we wanted. He was friendly, helpful and honest through the whole process. We are very pleased with our new truck!
the service department is awesome! they make you feel like your a priority. just had my car serviced and it all was covered under warranty so no cost to me!! :)
The service I received was top notch. Tevin was really helpful. The reason for the low score is because of what I saw in the waiting area. Most of the employees that were in the waiting area did not wear masks at all. The secretary kept pulling hers down, then she had the nerve to tell another customer he had to wear his.
The other sales guys, finance people and other workers were NOT wearing masks at all. They were walking through the waiting area with no masks on. It was not good.
My husband and I purchased a used car here. We made the mistake of falling for a deceptive sales tactic. Although we like the car, we really wish we would have walked away. By the time we realized what was going on we had already been there over 4 hours and we just wanted to get it over with and go home. We made an bad decision because we allowed this salesman to get away with his deceptive sales tactic. Well, lesson learned for us. It won't happen again and next time we will purchase some where else. I gave it two stars because I like the car and it was partly my fault for not being a responible consumer.
I'd love to give this place a 5 star, but I can't. I had a great experience with the salesman, Will, the staff, Edwin, Sr., Edwin, Jr., Carlos, and Jesse. These guys know and understand customer service. Will was very direct and to the point. No BS. But then there was the other guy. A sales manager, who shall remain nameless. The guy was extremely rude. He was a "know-it-all". He spoke in circles. When I told him to be more direct he was taken aback and let his emotions do his thinking. The vehicle I purchased was great. However, the tires need replacing as they are a bit bald. Because he was personally offended, he refused to fix them. He was horrible with customer service and not able to separate his feelings from work in a sales environment. Completely unprofessional. He is a stain on Graff. Graff has a high reputation in Grand Prairie. My mother and brother only use Graff. Had it not been for the other staff and my mother's referral, I would have not stayed and made my purchase. If you go, simply ask to work with sales manager Jesse and you'll have a five-star experience. Avoid any other manager interaction. And work with Carlos or Will. They are great guys. Again, this would be 5 stars, but that manager left a horrible taste in my mouth and both doesn't deal with people well and doesn't give good service.
Lots of helpful people there, they kept their word on getting me into the car I wanted. When they couldn't get me in it that night, they gave me a loaner and held the car for me
Reached out via phone and email to different managers, no response. Filled out online form and received response from Mark D. Very confrontational via email and said I needed to wait a few days for a price of a vehicle since he was busy with clients.
Save headache, take you business elsewhere. I ended up buying my Equinox somewhere else.
LIARS LIARS LIARS, I have talked to 3 different people at Graff over the past few months about prices on cars I saw on their website. Their lame excuse everytime for not honoring that price is because that is the "OLD WEBSITE" HAHAHAH, wow. You are an idiot if you buy from these liars.
We told them what we needed and our budget and they were able to find a vehicle for us. Carlos was professional and stayed with us through the entire process which was quick. Phillip was professional and answered our concerns in finance. Thank you!
He completely EXCEEDED my expectations. He went out of his way to prove that he was not the typical car salesman and that Graff wanted their customers to be satisfied!
Just purchased a brand new Silverado from Graff and had an excellent experience! Our sales consultant was Jesus Garza and he was very honest and genuine. He went out of his way to explain several new features and was very attentive to my three young sons. He made my car buying experience a breeze and I would recommend him and this Chevrolet location to any one seeking to purchase a new vehicle!
We just bought a truck from a guy named Tony at this place and he was AWESOME!!!!! He worked so hard to get the truck we wanted and was so nice! I was so nervous because it was our first time buying a new vehicle but he made us feel so comfortable and made it a great experience!
I have nothing but great things to say about Graff. My sales guy Carlos was great. The finance guy Philip was very awesome! I bought a truck and drove it home. I returned it the very next day because I wanted a different truck. My sales guy was off, so I went to Philip, and not only did he help me get out of it, he did the job of my sales guy just to make sure I was satisfied. I ll recommend Graff to everyone I know that s trying to buy a vehicle.
Don't bother going here, went with my little brother who was excited to buy his first car. The 2016 Cruze we went to look at first of all was clean inside and out no problems there but as soon we took off on a test drive the car slowly started to over heat. The A/C was running on at the time and when it overheated the engine reduced power and A/C shut off. So we coasted to a nearby gas station and that's when steam started coming out. Little brother in an attempt to to make it back safely without harming the engine spent money out of his pocket to buy water and add it to the coolant. (mind you there was almost no coolant fluid left). Made it back and car was still overheating with steam coming out. My little brother still wanted the car and they agreed to fix it. He agreed to pricing and was set on buying it but then was sold underneath him. He didn't mind putting a deposit or anything to still purchase this vehicle DESPITE it having mechanical issues. Jesse the used car manager who wasn't really helpful offered very little sympathy for what he did for one of his vehicles. And the time wasted. I do not recommend ever visiting this dealership to anyone and if you bought a car from there good luck. That's a complete embarrassment for a big name dealership. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A CAR THAT HAS MECHANICAL FAILURE.
We have done business with Graff for 20 years , Shane Conlin ,my Salesperson has help throughout the 20 years. Very Happy with the friendly and professional service!
This was the easiest, most enjoyable buying experience I've ever had and I've bought a lot of cars. Josh was my sales guy and he's just the most laid back, easy going guy. If you need a car ask for him! The finance guy, Edwin , same experience! Got a fantastic deal on top of it all.
Went to GRAFF today and discovered the finance manager is full of attitude, unprofessionalism as well as uneducated when it comes to company policies. I was told by a GM Warranty representative I could go to any GM dealership to verify mileage in order to receive a refund on an extended warranty after selling my vehicle before it had expired. I took it to GRAFF Chevrolet and spoke with the finance manager who told me I should return to the dealership I bought it from and that they were the only one who could issue a me a refund, so after calling back to the GM Warranty hotline and talking to another representative, they once again told me any GM dealership could verify the mileage and sign the proper paperwork. I told this to the finance manager and handed him my phone to speak with the rep, and he stomps off to his office and begins loudly arguing with the guy on my phone. A short time later he came back handed me the phone and walked off without saying anything. "I don't know what's going on with him but, it's unprofessional" I said to the rep on the phone, "Yeah, I'll say so!" he agreed. In the end the finance manager reluctantly did the paper work while angrily telling me it wasn't going to work and that he had never done this before, worked there for ten years etc. Individuals like this give an entire company a bad name, because until today I had no bad thoughts about GRAFF and would have recommended anyone to them. Further more I had a car painted there last week, and it turned out great. However I will NEVER return to GRAFF on account of the way this guy conducted himself with me. Here's some thoughtful advice for you, it may help business for you to smile a bit and hold yourself in a professional and cordial manner, not only to repeat customers like myself who pay for your services and purchase your vehicles, but to anyone who walks into your sales office for that matter. I can honestly say, I've had nicer service while being booked into the Dallas jail than I received at Graff Chevrolet today.
I have to give these guys 5 stars excellent customer service not to mention the awesome music they were playing while we waited. Rick was excellent he listened to the issues I previously had and he got everything and more!!!!! Graff and Rick has a custom do life definitely sending people there. Msn I'm so excited about what we are paying as well!!!!
Jesus thank you sooo much you exceeded bar far our expectations as to the truck we purchased from you a few weeks ago. AMAZING!!! What we thought was gonna be an all day thing turned out to be a 2hr deal all said and done . EVERYBODY GO SEE THIS GUY 1ST he and the guys were a true blessing to us
I recently went in for service on my car , which was change one tire. Needless to say it took 4 hours and not only did I watch an employee walk in a get service before I did . How rude ! I was constantly apologized to but that does not make up for half of my day for one tire. I recommend you drop your car off because they will totally forget there.
Finally found the car i was looking for here . Showed up for an appointment with a Jesus Garza . Turns out the car was being sold to a walk in just minutes before i showed up. I don't see the point of scheduling an appointment. They kinda just brushed me off afterwards. My grandma missed Judge Judy for that bs
Service adviser Jim Emmons always helps me make intelligent vehicle maintenance decisions. He handles each visit in the most professional and friendly manner!
Setup an appointment online and clearly wrote in detail that my car was experiencing transmission issues, dropped of my car early in the day, by the end of day one I called to see if they had a diagnosis and they stated they had not even checked the car and were going to see if they could check it the next day and Linda just brushed me off the phone and hung up. Seriously? Strike one. Next day they call me and tell me what one of the issues with the car was which I already knew since I had checked myself with reader. I stop by after work to talk to the technician since Linda seemed like she had no idea what was going on, I asked about the transmission issue and she said they hadn't checked it then tried to tell me a b.s. Story about how that issue affects the transmission. I guess she doesn't know how a car engine and transmission work. End of day 2. Day 3 she calls back and tells me the same thing, I guess her a Chevy advisor or tech or whatever her title is isn't aware of all the transmission issues GM and Chevy are known for with wave plate issues and how the same issue always happens in the same gear. Tried to tell me it was fuel injection issue and needed cleaning. I guess she must be new or doesn't know her job. Paid 99.00 for nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else. Last time I go there and last time I buy Chevy or any G.M. vehicle. I know their job better than they do. They'll probably even respond to this with some generic response stating bla bla bla Please contact us at (their number) to discuss your concerns bla bla bla. FYI this is the second time I had to leave this review since they somehow had my first one deleted. I will continue to post it and have my friends post it if needed.
I bought a car from these guys about 3 weeks ago. Reuben was very, very helpful, did everything he needed to, NO complaints with Reuben at all. When I purchased the car, I had a cosigner, we provided them with all of our info- DL, Proof of residency, Pay stubs, etc. We signed the agreement and left. They were to handle the rest with the bank from there. A couple weeks later they call me saying the bank has not received all of my information - DL, Pay stub, and Proof of Residency. I called the finance guy, Tom Kamp, to see what was going on. No answer, left a message. NO RETURNED CALL!! But within the last week, he has managed to call my work 5 times, without trying my cell phone first (primary phone) and another finance guy, James, has managed to call my work as well. Both of them tell me I needed to fax the info again and I told them no, I already had once and got a confirmation from my sales guy he had received it. I think it's absolutely ridiculous, I am getting threatend with having my car taken away from me because YOUR DEALERSHIP LOST MY PAPERWORK!! Its not my fault YOU lost it! This dealership is not on the same page with any of its employees and I felt harrassed at work as well as thinking I bought a car from a company that apparently cant keep up with paper work or conduct business professionally (ie losing important info)!!!! I was pleased at first but after all this, definitely wish I could just give them the car back and find another place that has it together! But again, My sales guy was great. But the after process sucks!!!!! Make sure they dont lose your paperwork!
They advertise trucks they don't have on their lot. I confirmed availability and appointment the night before and 30 mins before my arrival time. Once I arrived the sales guy tells me the truck is on another dealer lot and currently not available then proceeds to show me cars in different color and configuration. Absolute waste of time. Sales person was rude and unprofessional. Poorly managed operation. They make car buying experience difficult.
The service department did a great job working on my truck. Not only was the service great from Linda but they beat another dealership's price by more than $500.
I'm about to purchase a new truck and I've heard good things about Graff I've had conversations with Graff staff and internet sales staff had a great experience with graff very helpful great information giving to me as I ask for if they make you feel comfortable and inviting and put your mind at ease that's why this month I'm purchasing my truck at Graff
If you need a new or pre- owned Vehicle go see Rudy Garza he the best salesperson, great customer service n he goes beyond will make sure you leave Satisfied
The vehicle was in the shop for over 3 weeks. Due to an illness to the only technician that could work on my vehicle, a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport, caused the delay. After he returned he took several days to diagnose. Then it took another several days to get the part. I was given the opportunity to get my vehicle back but what's the point when I would have to return again. I did have a loaner. The staff were great. Most dealerships keep the high value vehicles inside the shop during the period they are there. However, Graff Dealership did not do this. Very disappointed.
This was the best Con I have ever received from a car dealership. I read the flyer, over and over. There were in fact 6 chances to win and I won $750. You were also given more chances to win if you won one of the 1st 6 chances to win. Of course this was not honored. You waisted my time and my money by sending a con that would have fooled any lawyer. I will not only write this review here but at other locations. I can not believe you did this and then don't honor what you have sent out.
The sales person was about as rude as one could be - I was talking with a young man and another sales man butted in.
be assured between me and my wife - who is a promenent Docter here in Grand Prairie that there will be a lot of people that will be informed at your dishonest practices. I am sure that Satan is real proud of you at this point.
Service dept. is the worst, they had my truck in there almost a month ago and still havent found what is wrong with it. Every time I called the rep in charge is not there and all the others dont know whats going on, they all say they will call back with information but again no body calls. Payment is due again and I have even not used the truck. They are the worst
They were very efficient with the product that I had picked out. Very knowledgeable about how the process was going to be handled when the first vehicle fell through. I am very satisfied with the staff. Thank you Graff!!!
Nelson was AWESOME! Went beyond my wildest expectations to get my deal done.. Whole team is helpful, courteous. I will and have recommended Nelson to family/friends to get their next car deal DONE!
A very good place to get a new car from customer service and the people that works there or great greet you when you come into the door get you to the people that you need to see to purchase a new vehicle or a used vehicle 20 Stars for this place great service customer service and great all over all
I just purchased a used vehicle from Graff Chevrolet and a few days later the check engine light came on,I returned it to them and they fixed it right away.I'm so pleased with them. It's good to deal with honest and friendly people.
I will not be buying a car there again. Me and my cosigner were in the lobby literally for about 8 hours, and nobody would give us an update on what's going on. I had to refinance the the vehicle, to learn that there was severe damage to it.
Of course they didn't mention that while we were buying it, they did give me $2,000 for my clunker but had I known I would have stayed with it. Jermaine tried to sneak in a $2,000 extended warranty on the deal and think we wouldn't notice.
I would do a VIN search before considering a car from there.
About two weeks after I bought the car, it left me stalled out in the middle of the highway. I dragged it back to the dealership and they fixed it for free, after I threw a fit in the lobby because the shop was closed and they tried to leave me stranded at the dealership. Shout-out to Anita for forcing them to give me a loaner for the next day.
Both times I've gone into buy a car, they made it sound like they were doing me a favor, I went to Classic Chevrolet in grapevine and bought me a brand new 2020 Trax I got a whole different experience!
Six months later I regret the purchase, but it's nobody's fault but my own for not doing doing a vin check.
Thanks for the great customer service from Carlos Ordaz at Graff!
We visited another Chevrolet dealer and left disappointed with their sales service. Made us feel unimportant even though we purchased two vehicles from them. Won't go back!
UPDATE: Graff lost my lock nut and won't admit to it. I called, they said each lock nut is vehicle-specific. That's fine. They said they couldn't provide me a new one today. Why not? You guys kept it. It's probably floating around your shop somewhere. The solution Graff had was for me to take my car to them. I CAN'T. I'M GETTING NEW TIRES NOW FOR A REASON PEOPLE. THE CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE.
When I told them they can't have the car, they said there's nothing else they can do. Hooray! No sweat off my back. You guys lost a part to my car, won't give it back, and won't help me when I need it most. Bye felicia!
Graff will never touch my car, a family member's car, or a friend's car ever again. This has become beyond unacceptable and is quite frankly, not worth my time anymore.
I gave you people ample amounts of opportunity and you blew each and every offer.
End update. The tires they sell me don't have a road hazard insurance option. This is DALLAS. YOU NEED ROAD HAZARD. So today, Discount Tire is throwing away a $200 tire that they gave me a month ago as a replacement, because it (yet again) has gone flat. Instead of band-aid'ing the current issue, we need to stitch the current issue and take preventative measure so when the issue occurs again, it's not a fiasco like today.
Additionally, when they swapped this tire, THEY KEPT THE LOCK NUT. So I can't even replace my tires like I planned to this morning. Now I'm late to work.
I've had to leave my car with them overnight multiple times, without a loaner, because of factory defects, including computer malfunction. Why do I have to be inconvenienced because they made a mistake?
All in all, I'm finding a new Chevy dealership to finish out my maintenance contract. One that will treat me like a customer and not a revenue stream.
Yes Graff, you'll get a call about this once I have time to get on the phone, and take an hour to explain what I've spent months explaining to your staff. There is no more trying to save this relationship.
My belongings were stolen from my vehicle while it was in service. I give this dealership a 0 star rating because of the lack of importance or interest for the customer that service director Malcom Simmons gave me. My belongings were stolen from my vehicle, to include items inside my center console, side door compartments and glove compartment which was LOCKED. When I went to report this issue I spoke to Malcom and all he could say was there s absolutely nothing I could do about your items that were stolen inside my shop . Even after I told him that inside my glove compartment, which was locked, there was a very precious CD collection I had worth over $1,000 at the time of purchase. I find this very ludicrous that he refused to help me even after explaining the entire situation in a very honest and professional manner. He didn t seem to sympathize nor care to even get up and try to look for answers. It is very apparent that he does not seem to be in the best interest of the customer. I was hit with the typical you signed that we would not be responsible if something was stolen from your vehicle . Therefore, nothing was done.
I've taken two of my trucks now for service and had a good experience they always fine the problem quick and they also get me a loaner car when my car gets serviced.
Great experience as always and Stephanie did an awesome job with helping me purchase my new vehicle... this is my 3rd purchase from Graff and I always have the best results!! Thanks guys!!
This place is awesome!! Held a dream truck for us since we were out of state even though at least 20 other people were trying to buy this truck. Had everything taken care of quickly even over the phone! Bernard is by far the best person we have ever dealt with!! Thanks guys!
My salesman, Gary Shelby was great. He answered all of my questions regarding vehicle and assisted with getting everything set up, ie onstar, phone app. The financial staff was also great. The entire staff was also very professional.
Andy Kimball is the BEST Graff representative for your next car purchase. No pushy, sales person mentality. Family-friendly, well-informed, & Christian environment. Have faith that you will be treated like family & find a dependable vehicle to meet your needs. Patty A+ Academy Driving School
