A Cincinnati original and Oprah's favorite ice cream

I got 2 ice cream cones for my daughter's. Cotton candy. The ice cream was runny and I asked the employees if they could dig deeper and get it hard because they could not even eat it and they said no it had too much sugar in it yet the pint is available in the freezer that is not runny. With the expectations I have when going to Graeters and the cost I am very unhappy.

Terrible customer service, walked through the door and wasn't noticed for 5 minutes with no greetings nor any attention to customers. Employees paid no attention and one was on an electronic device until we deliberately walked over to him to place an order. Wouldn't even give it one star this place sucks

Dropped in on Tues. I'll return with my relatives. Bring your hunger - portions are filling.

5 days a week I find great joy in coming to this Graeter's location. The sweet treats are a wonderful reminder that life is good, and the staff are the absolute best.

This is the most friendly staff and they are so patient with the boys while they are trying to make up their minds. So clean, friendly and this is my favorite Graeters!

What a great place with everything needed to satisfy your sweet tooth. Bakery treats, ice cream parlor, ice cream to go, lunch to go, prepackaged chocolates, even dog treats!

Super clean, very friendly staff and fun little samples to help you decide. The ice cream is on the softer side, but it is super tasty and indulgent. They also offer bakery goods and chocolates. In addition to ice cream and the option to upgrade to waffle cones, chocolate dipped waffle cones, or even chocolate dipped waffle cones with sprinkles(jimmies), they offer an assortment of sorbet flavors.

Entered near ten, it was not crowded. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here.

What a perfect summer treat! So many flavors, and they'll let you try as many as you'd like. They also have donuts, chocolates, coffee, and pints to-go

We are from out of town and ALWAYS plan a stop here after our doctor s appointments in the area. Ice cream makes everything better! This location is bright and clean with super friendly staff that greet us with a smile every time. Our favorite flavors are the black raspberry chocolate chip , double chocolate chip , and chunky chunky hippo.

Poor customer service associated with orders placed over the web. The lady in customer service could use a trip to charm school.

However, this is indisputably the best ice cream in the world. They have 150 years of experience, so I suppose you would have spect it to be the best in the world.

Their ice cream is not cheap, but it is worth the price. Remember that the bitterness of poor quality lasts longer than the sweetness of low price.
