They took one picture of me as I was hugging a guy so u can t see me then filled my the rest of my portfoilo with misc other people s photos. I ve emailed mulitiple times not worth the work.
If I only I could give 0 stars. They charge over $100 to download the measly 3 bad pictures they took of me during my graduation ceremony. This place is a scam. How are they still open and why would colleges use it?
Do not waste your money on touch-ups. I purchased the $19.95 touch-up package believing that this would take care of the acne. Well I was not happy with the touch-ups. After two phone calls and asking for a supervisor three times someone finally offered me my $19.95 back for each package.
good luck getting help from cutomer service. I can only assume they have outsourced customer service to a bunch of morons who do not speak English. They could not answer even the simplest of questions.
Don t do the complexion touch-up, it s done by computer which your phone can do
