OK......you have made your point. The best in Turks and Caicos is really the best.
Can we do 54 stars?
After what we can call a slight initial hiccup that does not need any further mention, the management at GBC showed us why they are consistently the best of the best. Case closed.

We are here now
Accommodations and the Service staff, 5 stars
Food, 5 stars or more. Local lobster to die for. Stewed snapper, rice, veggies, and at the last minute when they found out my son doesn't eat seafood.....Curry Goat, just like that, and it fell off of the bone.
Did I forget about the conch salad to start? And that was just for lunch.

The cook in Krave (Demes), the sous chef, and of course GARTH....nobody better.

Accomodations...
We have an excellent suite in the Estate section. There is nothing that rivals it. Everything is clean, spacious, on point. Nothing to complain about. We are Beaches converts, Key West area. We wanted a step up and GBC achieved that.
Service....Great. Our beach setups are on time, every day, at the same location that I specified on our first day. Excellent attention to us by everyone whom we have encountered.
Franklin, you are a true gentleman, just remember that sometimes we want an off premises Island vibe as well.
Yves, service to the stars
Khadafi!!!!! a navigational expert.
Thyroid, attention to detail
I truly apologize for missing quite a few names.
Garth, at the Taco Pop-up restaurant, excelleht. I apologize for not remembering many more names, but all of you are excellent.
The pool in the Estate section is on the money. We have to check out the Hotel infiniti pool as well, but it looks spectacular.
Ok, so the facilities and staff are great, the food today was OFF THE CHARTS!
nuff said?
7th time to the island, first time at GBC
We will be back.....Beaches who? Ha!

its just a very artificial setup to cater to particular set of people - tourists ! lacks that island vibe ! Their food sucks & they will happily feed u a frozen fillet even though they are right in front of the sea and won't hesitate to charge u 60 bucks for it !

My visits to the Grave bay club were excellent. Whether we came for breakfast, dinner, the beach, the bar, or soaking up sun, this place was always great. The people were funny, helpful, and very relaxed. The food was good and the beaches and water were wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about it.

Grace Bay Club is like paradise in paradise. First, it is in the islands of Turks and Caicos so you know the location is going to be perfect. The amenities and food are only surpassed by the incredible level of service!

As I write this, I realize my issues with Grace Bay Club are all first world problems, but I have been to my fair share of luxury Caribbean resorts, and for the price you pay, I don't think I'd come back to Grace Bay Club.

I love that it is close to the airport, you are at the hotel within 20 minutes of leaving the airport. They greet you with water, rum punch, and cool towels. As the week goes on however, you start to plan your next vacation, and it isn't coming back here.

The staff clearly does not receive the same training as employees at other 5-star resorts. Getting towels, whether on the beach or poolside, almost always required me getting up to get them myself. Is that difficult? No, but at other similar priced resorts, When someone sees my family approaching a set of chairs, they have met me there with an over abundance of beach towels.

There is no phone rule for the employees. Over half of the people I did approach for help, were on his or her mobile phones. One of the guys at the pool even carried on his phone conversation while servicing those at the pool.

Noise pollution was everywhere. Apparently the hotel has no policy against drones. We spent our first morning on the beach with one hovering over our heads for over an hour. Several afternoons, different groups would come from the hotel and blast music on the beach. I don't know that there is an answer to this, we just found it extremely annoying. (It isn't spring break, after all). I am also completely aware that my children are annoying and can be loud, and I would like to ban them on occasion. Fortunately for people who don't want to listen to my children, there is an adult's only pool ample distance from the children's pool. Sadly, I can't leave my children alone and go there. Having the pool bar in the children's pool was a brilliant (though I'm not sure planned) move.

The food experience left much to be desired. The menus were only ok. Once again they fall short on service in dining. The rooms are nice, they have been painted and have updated furniture since our last visit, though they are visibly worn in some places.

The beach is one of the prettiest anywhere I have been and it is excellent for the kids.

They are currently building a Ritz not too far from here and it will be interesting to see what happens to Grace Bay Club when that opens. If the service is what it is at other Ritz locations, GBC will need to make some serious revisions to keep up. I know I am eagerly awaiting the Ritz's opening for our next trip to Turks.

Fantastic property, great staff and amazing food.

Fantastic property, great staff and amazing food.

My wife and I recently spent a week at the Grace Bay Club Estates, we are very picky about our hotels and resorts and GBC hit all the marks. Staff is unbelievably accommodating, restaurant(s) are the best we had in Provo and you cant beat the beach here.

If you want to enjoy your time in Turks and Caicos and want the best you will not be disappointed with Grace Bay Club.

Special thanks to Franklyn and Yves who made the stay that much better.

Beautiful beach and location. Tremendously friendly service and staff. We had a suite room that was perfect for our family (with kids) - kitchen, several bedrooms, etc. Great pool, but smaller property with not a ton of "activities". Think more catered to couples than families.

Hands-down the best vacation we have ever been on. Between the luxuries, amenities, excursions, staff, food you cannot go wrong. The staff takes care of everything you need before you get there and keeps on it the entire time you re there. When you stay in the villas you get your own personal concierge who you can reach by cell phone from 8 AM to 10 PM, however we never even had to contact them that s how great it was. Everything was perfect including the water, staff and stay. We highly recommend doing the expedited VIP service through the airport, as well as the SUV transfers that up to the hotel. Our entire travel Was seamless and added to the most excellent vacation.

The hotel location is unbelievable nice. The beach is outstanding and really one of the best places we have ever seen. The hotel is good we had a room with ocean view. I found 2 problems. First the hotel rooms needs a refurbishment, we have been here 6 years ago and already at that time rooms were old now is even worst. Second the tap water in our room was full of oil with a bad taste (not only for the normal desalination water taste). Though we needed to use mineral water (that BTW was given complimentary) to brush our teeth but nothing to do with the shower
Finally we had an annoying whistle in the air conditioning system and they came to fix it, apologizing they gave us a dinner free as a compensation.
The pools are very nice and well maintained service is excellent.

Although the resort is undergoing renovations in Fall 2019; the hotel, restaurants, spa, and staff were all very accommodating, making sure all our requests were fulfilled. Turks and Caicos is a beautiful and wonderful island to visit!

I wanted to love it here, but it was a huge disappointment. We went for Christmas for 6 days, 5 nights and couldn't wait to leave. We went with an ocean front suite room and the balcony view was blocked by a huge palm tree right smack in the middle of our view. The back door of the hotel restaurant was right outside of our room, so when you would sit out on the deck, you would hear all the employee, hear them loading and unloading tables and chairs, throwing away trash and boxes, it was AWFUL and having a 6 month old baby, she couldn't even nap. I know there of course would be noise, but this would happen right 6am and continue to almost MIDNIGHT! We stayed in 302C, so stay away from that room. They provided a crib, but the mattress for it was truly rock hard, no really, it felt like cement. (definitely bring a pack and play if you have a baby/toddler) The food was ok, I would recommended eating off the resort, but take advantage of the free breakfast. The kids pool was great, but every morning people would put their belongings on the chairs and head to the beach then come lounge at the pool after the beach, so the chairs would look occupied, but truly weren't. So if you want a chair, but your stuff out early since everyone else does that. And the only way to get good service at the pool (change of towels on chairs or offered water/drinks/food, you have to tip the guys). Unfortunately they only treat you the best if you tip. We paid a lot of money to stay at the hotel over the holidays, but will never be back. Only positive: Housekeeping was top notch and Christie (personal concierge) was amazing. PS. this was our third time in Provo, stay somewhere else.

My wife and I stayed for 3nights at this fabulous resort. The hotel and our room was excellent. Stayed in a 3rd floor Villa Suite which overlooked the ocean and pool. Loved it. Super clean, comfy bed and nice amenities. Each room has a concierge tied to it. You get a cell phone to contact for any requests desired. GBC team goes above and beyond to accommodate. Beach was beautiful as what TCI offers. Taco hut on the beach was a nice touch to lunch. Spa was excellent, we did a couple massage which was on point and relaxing. Outside of hotel, walking distance to town and grocery store is about 5-10min. Bikes are on site courtesy of the GBC. Cabs cost $6per person, better off walking or biking. Overall we cannot say anything bad, just that TCI is very expensive. Remember everything is imported. We experienced loving memories at GBC, can t wait to get back. Thank you GBC team.

Amazing staff. Great service. Beautiful rooms with great attention to detail. Great beach!!! 24HR pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast is pretty good and the staff is friendly and attentive. The bar on the beach is small and has a great hole-in-the-wall Caribbean vibe to it. I've definitely found my favorite spot in Turks and Caicos.

Just got back from a week at GBC. This was our second visit in 4 years to GBC and can say this second experience was very different than our very good first trip. The prices have increased dramatically for so-so food and beverages. When two glasses of "rail" wine cost over $40, something's really wrong with the resort's goals. We had a room service "night in" meal that cost over $750 for some appetizers, burgers, pasta and desserts. As well, the overall experience was much changed. This time, we endured two weddings, one of which took over the resort. It ended (kinda) with very late night fireworks and post-show caterwauling that went on until nearly 3am. We we're informed of the "imposition" via letter in our room the night before. Cant imagine anyone else on the property slept better than we did that night. The villa was clean and room service was great, but the poolside and beach service was completely indifferent to paying guests all week. Lots of attitude too. Typically, they showed up once per day, then disappeared onto their elbows at the counter or seemed to roam off around the area aimlessly. The service level has definitely dropped. This time we almost opted for the Aman property, but decided last minute to change to GBC as our last trip had been so good. We've been to several Aman properties most recently Amangani in JH Wyoming and have been very happy with each trip. Next time in TCI, def going to Amanyara.

This place is OUTSTANDING.!!!

This place is OUTSTANDING.!!!
I truly enjoyed every minute of my 3 year anniversary here with my partner!
After years of wanting to go I have no clue why we didn't go sooner. We didn't even have to leave the resort it was that relaxing!

The staff and the service were beyond amazing.
Down to the moment we were picked up at the airport (courtesy of the resort) to the moment we arrived to the resort, it's as if we were given a special treatment but then I realized everyone else who showed up was greeted just as amazing!

The Food was killer and the pool was perfect. We especially enjoyed the adult only pool and private messages! We did multiple excursions just walking down to the beach right form our Villa and hoping onto a boat! The owners Scott, Jorge and the resort manager were especially great to meet.

Overall I would and will go back very soon! I highly recommend this place so if your looking to get away and enjoy everything good in life definitely have to go to Grace Bay Resorts!

This was our third vacation at the Grace Bay Club ...

This was our third vacation at the Grace Bay Club and we had a glorious time. I have attached a photo of me sitting at the beach to simply show how crystal clear and clean that the water is. After spending time at this specific beach, it rivals all other others and we've been to many throughout the world. Quite literally, it is as if one is in a swimming pool with a sand bottom and is ultra clean with gentle swells and no waves. Getting back to GBC (the resort), we had a lovely and luxurious one bedroom suite that more than met our needs with two large balconies. We were very pleased with the accommodations and our caring housekeeping staff. In terms of staff, we must give a HUGE shout out to Peter Ybarra as he was always available to ensure the very best. Since this was our third trip there, we have come to feel quite at home and consider many of the staff as friends ~ Pauline, Junie, the beach crew ~ just to name a few. While there, we ate both on the resort as well as off. One truly doesn't need to leave the resort as they offer so much in culinary options. The resort is happy to give dining recommendations to suit ones needs.
I wish that I could find words deep enough to convey how highly we recommend Grace Bay Club. Needless to say, we will be returning to what we consider "our piece of heaven"......

They tried to overcharge me and I had to dispute that after I got home. There were other unexpected charges made to my card that I knew I wasnt going to get back...

They have nice rooms in a good location. Beautiful beaches. Complementary breakfast was good and had a nice spread. The staff was friendly. No complaints on the service.
The bicycle storage/pick up smells like SEWAGE and tends to waft over to other areas of the resort which I found quite disgusting.

For a five-star hotel we were very disappointed A...

For a five-star hotel we were very disappointed Although the conceieres were motivated and helpful, the rest of the staff seemed lazy and unmotivated. When we would arrive at the pool, we had to go find someone to get towels set of chairs up etc. If you wanted a drink we had to walk to the bar and ask only one time, someone came by our chairs and asked us if we needed anything. We've been at other resorts were they constantly ask if you want or provide you with ice water. At the beach the same thing you had asked for water, ask for towels etc. They did not regularly come by and check on you.

The room was nice but needed some updates, scratchy furniture and rugs. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

The restaurants were OK on property but very casual. It was not what we consider "fine dining ".

For a 5-Star hotel, they did not have the ambience of a five-star resort. There were groups of drunk people that were loud by the pool, the beach and obnoxiously rowdy at the late afternoon/evening.

Last night there was a party on the beach with music blaring. My husband called and they said the music would be off at 10 PM. But at 10:20 he called again and they finally turned it off only to be replaced by music from the club down the beach. Just not what you would expect when you pay so much for nice resort.

Finally today (Friday), we were shocked to see a swim instructor show up at the pool with several sessions of swim lessons following. So on one side of the pool was the bar with loud drunks, and the other side was numerous splashing children learning how to swim. We feel very frustrated and disappointed. We made the effort and paid a lot of money to come here, and we feel anxious to leave.

Glad we only stayed three nights. Will not be coming back here.

I just concluded my stay of 5 days and nights at t...

I just concluded my stay of 5 days and nights at the Grace Bay Club in Provo. Let me say, I was absolutely stunned at the level of customer service there. Firstly, when you arrive, there is a low cost shuttle from the airport to take you to the hotel, all arranged by the hotel ahead of time. The route is about 20 minutes long. The driver was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Once you arrive, you are seated in the lobby and given a Rum Punch and moist towelette to start you off. Not a bad way to start a vacation at all. Next, you are introduced to your personal concierge. Our concierge was Lisa, and, let me tell you, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel welcome. I have never had a concierge experience like this. She gave us a personal telephone where we could call her at all hours. Don t know how to work the TV? Call Lisa. Need a recommendation for dinner? Call Lisa. Want a tour with discounted rates? Call Lisa. Just want to chat? Call Lisa. I cannot say enough great things about her. Not only were the accommodations stunning (we stayed in a 1 BR 2BA with a kitchen and pull out couch facing the beautiful turquoise water), but the people are SO NICE. Everyone at Grace Bay Club was exceptionally courteous, going out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The housekeeping staff are all lovely and when we forgot (multiple times) to take off the Do Not Disturb sign and called back later, they came in minutes to come and tidy the room. Llana, who works with the housekeeping staff, was so much fun to talk to and was so incredibly caring and kind during our stay. Christine worked with us with our reservations and was totally a blessing when we realized that our reservation was off she fixed the reservation in a second and put our minds at ease. While we were dining at one of their two restaurants, we met Fitz. He was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable, helping us find the best local locations and tours while we waited for our food (which was DELICIOUS by the way). The Grace Bay Club is extremely centrally located you can walk to most places, it is right on the water, and has free bikes for anywhere that seems a bit too far to walk. But, here comes the best part after working in the morning and then laying out on the beach, I came back to my room to find balloons, a bottle of champagne, a bottle of wine, and a cake with my room decorated! I had casually mentioned to Lisa and Fitz that morning that I was taking the vacation because I had just graduated and was going to grad school, and not only did they remember, but they totally outdid themselves. I was baffled by the extraordinary customer service. They also invited our family to a complimentary happy hour on the water, courtesy of the hotel, right after that, where we had the opportunity to meet other guests and where I profusely thanked Lisa and Fitz for their kindness and generosity. In conclusion, is there a way to give 10 stars???? 5 is not nearly enough for these beautiful people!

Came here for happy hour and it was the worst service we had the week we were in Provo. I had to ask for menus and complementary snacks that everyone around us had after sitting at the table for 5 minutes. We were never offered refills or additional drinks. Part of our parties orders were forgotten and then told they no longer had what was ordered. The check was wrong and took 15 minutes to correct! NOT RECCOMENDED!!!

Was there first week of June to celebrate our 25 year anniversary. What a wonderful experience and first class service. The beach was fantastic and seemed very private. The adult area pool was also very private and always had plenty of seating available. Never seemed busy and was very relaxed. Everyone very friendly. We'll be back! Thanks Fritzroy and Lisa!

The team of employees are wonderful. From check in, to wait staff, to housekeeping. Thank you.

The greatest deficiency is leadership/investors/ownership/chef. They are so preoccupied with self interest, they walk around uninterested in interacting with guest and validating satisfaction.

Instead, they seem to be so self absorb and totally disconnected with the very people that keeps them in business... you and I (aka... guest).

What is truly amazing is the staff stays devoted to guest satisfaction despite the ignorance of leadership. So again, thank you.

Grace Bay Club is a fantastic resort with top notch staff, amenities, interiors and best of all- views. We felt so well looked after the entire time with the staff and concierge constantly checking in on us and responding quickly to all requests. The Infiniti pool was beautiful and like the other facilities very clean and well looked after. Infiniti bar at night was a nice place to go for drinks and apps and on Friday night they had a wonderful dj that played music until 10/11pm. Highly recommend Grace Bay Club if you are going to Turks & Caicos. Really nice gift shop as well!

The Grace Bay Club is a wonderful resort, but the best part of the experience for us was getting to work with Shameka! Shameka is the Sales and Wedding Manager at the resort and she is literally a superhero. The S on her chest doesn't stand for Shameka it stands for SUPERWOMAN! There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe her dedication and the level of service that she provided! As international Event Designers with decades of experience, this was by far one of the most exciting yet challenging week of events ever; the moving parts were endless. But Shameka was the sunshine smile that reduced everyone's stress every day by any means necessary. Grace Bay she deserves a big old raise! (smile) We are forever grateful to Shameka and her team for the monumental contribution they made to this overwhelmingly successful event! Much love and mad respect from your friends at Planning Factory International

Our first time to Turks and Caicos, so we have no reference for comparison. Pretty much agree with what all the over reviews have mentioned. Overall excellent service, but there are some hiccups here and there.

I want to cover what no one else has mentioned....The Tuesday night beach BBQ buffet. What a terrific dining experience. Tables on the beach with live music and terrific buffet of different Caribbean fare. I enjoyed this meal more than any other during our stay.

Fraud!!!

Fraud!!!

My husband and I went there for our honeymoon. Our stay there unfortunately has affected us financially in a way we never thought. We were assigned Godfrey and one other person as our concierge. I believe Godfrey helped us set up a jet ski activity with a company named Caribbean Cruisin. Godfrey said the location only accepts debit cards, we were naive and didn t think this was a bad move as we provided the information to him via phone including our cvv. The next day someone changed his email and password on our chase accounts which the account linked to our debit card. Needless to say, we experience fraud in our accounts. Please note we hadn t used our debit card anywhere else in the states and for our honeymoon. Therefore, it was either the concierge or the Jet ski facility that sold our identity information and committed fraud on our accounts. The card was added to a foreign number s Wallet. A transaction of $2,855.85 at Saks fifth ave occurred and all of our accounts are now closed since this individual was able to hack in to our accounts. This was the far worse experience ever considering the fact that we expected excellent services during our honeymoon. Instead, we came home to deal with a nightmare. Not only are we still waiting for the bank investigation but we may have to wait until September to get our fraudulent charge money back of the $2,855.85. We are addressing this with you because regardless of whom stole our information, either the person works for your hotel and the services were recommended by your hotel. This was our first time visiting your hotel and of course our last. We have never experienced anything like this and now my husband is at risk of identity theft all due to our visit there. It is extremely disappointing. This cab affect our finances going forward. We need to make sure this is corrected on your end because this was unacceptable in all aspects.
Lastly, there are numerous things we experience on top of fraud in our accounts during our stay. The bed we slept in was extremely tough and gave us neck/back pains during our stay. We didn t mention anything as part of our time there we were dealing with fraud by calling our bank and making calls. The breakfast at the grill was complimentary, we ate there once and never after. It was filled with flys and mosquitoes hovering all over our food and buffet. The concierge people were barely around and accessible.

We are extremely upset and left with all this to deal with during one our happiest time as newlyweds. Please take this review very seriously and we hope that you find a way to address this horrible experience.

Grace Bay Club was my venue for my wedding ceremony, on the beach, and for my reception as well at Infiniti Restaurant. Every employee of this exceptional resort was above and beyond! They were so friendly and welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all their guests are happy. From the directors to the bellboys to the wait staff, I cannot say enough great things about them all! They were willing to work with us and provided some flexibility as far as room reservations and customizing a menu for my reception to meet all my guest s needs. The location cannot get any better either being on the best beach in the world! The ambiance at Infiniti Restaurant can t be beat. If I had to do it all over again I would not hesitate to book Grace Bay Club. I very highly recommend it and think that no other place in Provo could compare to the quality and service that you receive at Grace Bay Club.

I have been to many islands and this Turk's and Caicos islands are by far off the charts with their prices. For example it cost about 90 US dollars for 3 to have dinner at a 2 star restaurant and that does not even include any alcoholic drinks. Going to the super market it cost about 12 US dollars for a 12 ounce can of Folgers coffee. 1 pound of king salmon from the super market cost $32 US dollars. I don't know how the locals afford to live there and feel very sorry for them as I know they struggle. There is a 30% tariff on food which is absurd. I think they are subsidized. It was bittersweet for me to leave the islands.

Grace Bay Club was one of the best Caribbean experiences I have ever had. The Turks and Caicos are breathtaking in general. The most beautiful blue water in the Caribbean. The friendliest people that don't prey on tourists like other islands do. Amazing food. Especially Mr Groupers restaurant, truly authentic.

Grace Bay Club staff are incredible. Everyone gets a personal concierge. Renalt was ours and he was absolutely the best most attentive and amazing personal service.

The resort literally gives every guest a cell phone and you are directly connected to your personal concierge. This is above and beyond 5 star service I've haven't experienced in even the finest of hotels.

Truly an amazing place we will return to many times.

This was our 1st time on the island so didn't know where to stay. We stayed at Villa Del Mar. When we would go fir breakfast at The Grill at Grace bay resort the wait staff would ask us if we were staying there. We said no we are at Villa del mar and the whole attitude would change towards us and not in a good way. No tipping them.
As for the locals, while walking on the sidewalks if you were to say hey to some of them they would look at you like they could cut you. Although, some were fairly nice but the majority were not. Over all we had a nice time. Sleep in and go to the beach at any time and not fighting for a lounge chair with umbrella was worth it. Referring to cruises where you are lucky if you find a lounge chair empty and the only time you get in the beautiful blue ocean is if you get off the ship at ports.

Need to amend initial rating. After a rough start we have to say thst Grace Bay management made everyrhing right for the second half of our vacation/ belated honeymoon. The staff is still a work in progress, though. Example, the guy who brought up our bags actually stalked us while I went down to get cash to tip him. He didn't know know I was doing this, but came back to our room with an attitude claiming that he lost something and wanted to check our room. I gave him the tip and he immediately left...apparently no longer concerned about his master key that was needed for his job. Others such as Adam our concierge was great.

The Grace Bay Club is a nice property. They have a large beachfront and the workers are mostly friendly. There is a variety of room categories and we are staying in a junior oceanfront estate suite in the estate ultra luxury building of which there are two buildings like this. The suite is nice but there is no desk or in suite seating except for one chair. The other issue is that it is supposed to have an oceanfront view and it unfortunately does not due to palm trees which are right outside the terrace and block abput 60% of the view. This seems to be a common problem and complaint as there are mature trees and foliage and they are unfortunately placed too close to the terraces. We asked if they can switch our room for at least part of the stay so that we can enjoy a full ocean view that we had been expecting and looking forward to. We are here for 11 nights but they said they cannot honor the request. This is disappointing because our room category is supposed to have a full oceanfront view and some of the rooms in this junior estate category have the view but many do not. So be aware when you book that you may not get exactly what it states and they won t fix it. Also, if you look at the video online it shows the junior estate residence but doesn t say that the bedroom and view may not be quite like the picture. Our suite does not have a canopy bed as shown in the video and it does not have the beautiful full ocean view. We booked with Amex Centurion and will be in contact with them shortly to address these issues.
