Extremely disappointing experience — avoid at all costs.

Please do not give any business to GQ Flooring. I had a terrible experience, especially with two of their staff members, Kelsey and Michelle, who were arrogant, dismissive, and communicated with sarcasm and poor professionalism.

During my flooring project, they removed my closet doors and never reinstalled them. Worse, I was later told I had to fix the problem myself — even though their installer admitted knowing the doors wouldn’t fit before the work started. At no point did they alert me or offer options before proceeding.

I was left with loose doors, out-of-pocket repair costs, and zero accountability from the company. It was a deeply frustrating and stressful experience, especially when preparing for a family event.

Do not trust this team. If something goes wrong, they will shift the responsibility to you and leave you to deal with the mess. Unprofessional, uncaring, and not customer-focused in any way.
