It was my air and the one-star I have had five surgeries on my eyes so I give Gowanda Ford five stars everybody was kind generous and I was in and out in no time

Gowanda Ford/Doug Cooper got my truck right in and we re very professional. My truck needed an oil change/ inspection and tire rotation and it was fast and easy. They even gave me a ride to the closest restaurant where I could relax and wait. The process was seamless and affordable. I will absolutely go back for service. You made a customer out of me. When I arrived for my appointment, my car was taken in immediately. I was shown to the lobby waiting area to relax while my car was worked on. The area was very clean with a TV for my entertainment and coffee for my consumption. My vehicle's oil was changed, fluids filled, NY inspection done (unexpected bonus) all very quickly. The inspection was free and the oil change cost about equal or less then DIY. Covid 19 rules were all observed so, I felt safe. Great service, and Great prices. I highly recommend and will return in the future Gowanda Ford.

I was very pleased with the service received at Gowanda Ford. My car had a recall and they took care of the problem quickly. The waiting area is both clean and neat. I would recommend their service. I ret'd for my inspection this week and had to have my tie=rod replaced. They were very helpful and gave me a car to use for the evening. The service to the car was great, and I noticed the difference (for the better) as soon as I started tp drive. Great work and exceptional service.

Scheduled a appointment to replace 4 tires was told by Doug in service that someone will be able to give a ride less than 1/2 mile when I arrived to drop off the the vehicle was told no one was able to give me a ride by a rude service writer a bit upset I decided that i would walk so not a big deal. no phone call that everything was done, no recommendation of anything dont even think anything was looked at, sevice department was closed so I paid the clerk and would be picking up the vehicle later so I went to pick it up and I have my old tires in the back of the van nothing is locked. They were at least bagged old tires so nothing was dirty but I personally didn't have a use for 4 worn out tires. 2nd time I have been to this dealership for service figured that I would give a chance to change my opinion from a bad service I have received years before nothing has changed in service department and would not recommend going there to purchase a vehicle because of the quality of their service department even though they are very conveniently close to home I will not be returning for another visit.

Take my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation every 5000 miles & they are ALL very friendly and if somethings going on the vehicle they let you know.

Not happy i had my truck in for warranty work when covid started. Two back up sensors were bad. The tech tied them up behind the bumper. I had two holes in my bumper no sensor no trim rings. Fast forward picked up my sensors today i was just gonna put them in myself no trim rings. I said where are the trim rings. I was told the tech would not have removed them. Well hello i knew they were not in my bumper and i should not have to pay for them. I cant even count the cars and truck we have bought there are you kidding me

The team in the maintenance department have truly gone above and beyond. When our 2012 Explorer needed big time work we had no idea what to do. They have been working with us to get the vehicle back to mint without having to break the bank. Thanks.

I had a trailer hitch installed and wasn't pleased with the new look. Doug and Greg made sure that the problem was fixed and now the truck looks wonderful, trailer hitch and all!

Had my snow tires put on and they told me that the regular tires were bald so I couldn't get them back. These are the same tires I bought from them 5 months earlier, the same tires that were inspected two weeks prior and got a green rating.
