I am a disabled senior on fixed income. Great prices and awesome customer service. Johnathan Sandoval helped me a great deal on floor mats. He is patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Johnathan, you made my day! Denise in the Service Department took the time to explain everything my car needs. I appreciate her honesty, and I know they put the customer first. Thank you Denise. Knowing they do great work means less stress for me. We all need less stress

I would like to say I am extremely thankful for Art, Ashley, and Tony. Yesterday I walked in with a Chevy sonic and walked out with a brand new 2021 Corolla. A huge shoutout to Toyota, I will definitely be recommending. Thanks again!!

I do not recommend this place because they are not...

I do not recommend this place because they are not honest, they do not comply with what they say. It's been more than 12 weeks since they gave me a refund and I haven't received anything. They told me that in 6 weeks I would have it and not obtained anything until today . I call and they do not solve anything ... terrible service ...

I worked with Aaron, Freddy and Art for my purchase of a new RAV4 hybrid. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I do feel the need to add that I felt highly pressured to leave a 5 star review before even making the agreements or seeing the car I was planning to purchase. I was asked twice before signing papers and was reminded when picking up the car. I spent a total of about 5-6 hours on Saturday and Sunday combined to purchase the car. They quoted me at 19% interest rate as a first time car buyer without actually putting the application through Toyota. Fortunately, we were able to agree upon a lower interest rate, but doing so resulted in a lot of time spent.

The car I wanted was not in stock at Gosch. They worked with other dealerships to find the car with my exact specifications. I am very happy with my new car.

A day after signing the paperwork and cutting a check, I was called and told that I had only made 1/3 of the down payment I had agreed upon the sale. I later received a call that someone hadn t looked at the check or paperwork and just told a random amount of $6000. The correct amount was confirmed during the second call.

My technician Nate was awesome, showing me a video of the service rendered!!!Wow!!!
Great Service!!! Love this place!!! Complimentary coffee, water, extra clean restrooms and comfy lounge to wait in with wifi docks so I can log on and work if need be.

Gosch Toyota-Hemet. By far one of the best car buying experiences I've had...and we brought our kids so that says a lot. We met with Ray Ray and he was on his game, he made great conversation and really hit it off with my husband. He made us feel welcomed and was genuinely a nice guy. We got the VIP treatment our car was perfect pulling off the lot.

The process was quick with Jordan who worked up a GREAT deal on a new 2021 highlander! Our family and friends are now looking into getting new cars from here.

I would like to say that I am happy, but it is not...

I would like to say that I am happy, but it is not like that, I took my car to have Gosh Toyota maintenance done, apart from that I had to wait more than 2 hours. They give me my car with a screw in the rim, they are supposed to rotate the rims and it is not possible that they did not realize it, it should be noted that I took it in perfect condition, the rims had just been bought in November 2020, and I go and told them about the screw and it turns out that elbow are not responsible for the situation, I could not believe that they evade responsibility and not have a solution I was very disappointed, it is not fair that I have to pay again for a problem caused by Gosh I know what accidents Happen and as a Company it is fair that they respond but it was not so that such a large Company penalized and not have any responsibility with the clients.
