I would like to say that I am happy, but it is not...

I would like to say that I am happy, but it is not like that, I took my car to have Gosh Toyota maintenance done, apart from that I had to wait more than 2 hours. They give me my car with a screw in the rim, they are supposed to rotate the rims and it is not possible that they did not realize it, it should be noted that I took it in perfect condition, the rims had just been bought in November 2020, and I go and told them about the screw and it turns out that elbow are not responsible for the situation, I could not believe that they evade responsibility and not have a solution I was very disappointed, it is not fair that I have to pay again for a problem caused by Gosh I know what accidents Happen and as a Company it is fair that they respond but it was not so that such a large Company penalized and not have any responsibility with the clients.
