McDonalds has always been our kids favorite place to go!!!!

First rule,don't use touch machine to order food,you spend time queuing to use it,then you spend time ordering only to find machine doesn't work and let you complete order, pressing help button does nothing apart from wasting more time waiting,you then up queuing for food anyway,then finally when you sit down tables are disgustingly dirty,I don't expect much from a Macdonald's even in vegas

Early early morning hours service sucks and that's cause their not busy

Refills limited to 1, Time at tables limited to 30 mins, tables dirty, difficult to order on kiosk. Just a mess.

Just wonderful loved near shops service great close to everything

Mc Donalds is not only Incredibly unhealthy but surrounded by homeless

Kind of tucked away, but super quick service. Great sausage mcmuffin.

It's a very understaffed McDonald's. Expect ong line and long wait with grumpy employees.

Cheap eats on the strip! Staff was fast and friendly and the restaurant clean.

Mcd's always comes through in a pinch.... Sober or drunk and always tastes better drunk

Worst McDonald s you could go to. Who I believe is the manager is extremely rude. & our bag of food had a black hair in it.

Also my water I paid for was yellow so I chose not to drink it. If you come to Vegas I don t recommend eating here. Taco Bell next door is a better option.

When you want a macas the food here is great. But given the recent activities in Las Vegas there is no sense of security. Staff only doors propped open so anyone can go in. Wake up people

Self ordering was slightly confusing, and they messed up my simple order. Food was as expected, staff friendly.

Everything went great, I saw a small issue with a man getting his food thrown away while he was in the restroom, but that was more on him than on the restaurant.

Rich, fast, good service, like any MCdonalds with good employees!

Misaligned bathrooms, they do not sell desserts. There are no games for children

There's more than one way to order and that is a faster way to get your order and one thing that can be improved would be to make their fries more crunchy because they were a little undercooked.

I love this McDonald's for various reasons .... The staff here are super friendly, very hard working young staff... They have an actual dollar menu at this location which is perfect due to the fact this McDonald's location is a so convenient and really can't get any better ... Definitely attracts a colorful crowd sometimes, but hey "this is Vegas" and we do no judging ...

Small sandwich, nothing choice, Burger King much better

Needs more staff to deal with the amounts of customers, directly where to go order, pay pick up etc. Takes a very long time for food

Friendly staff!!! And the best ice cream cone I ever try!!! Enjoy.

Staff was unfriendly and it took 15 minutes for me to get a coffee that takes 3 minutes to make

To be the McDonald's of Las Vegas they need a lot of decoration, compared to that of Wall Street or the 5th Av of New York.

A McDonalds on the Las Vegas Strip. It is loud inside but upstairs you can still sit well.

Your kiosks are driving people to the drive thru. I'm sure you've figured that out... you'll need a third lane so we can all wait and burn fuel. Maybe sell gas too!

McDonald's is always a great place to stop. Very convenient location. Great for something quick and interests for time. Love the cookies and the sweet tea.

If you get iced coffee or similar beverages at a place like McDonald's or Starbucks you know of the likelihood of getting a drink with more ice than anything else. The best way around getting a cup full of ice with coffee flavoring is to ask for light ice. So today I ordered an iced vanilla latte, light ice. After a solid wait despite only one order ahead of me one lady comes up to make the drink and fills the cup 80% of ice. I ask her if she can lower and she does, dropping it to 60%. Fine, I think, it's better than before.

So naturally when she gives me the cup there is a solid 25% gap between the drink and the top of the cup. I would think someone trying to avoid paying $4 for a cup of ice with coffee flavoring is a reasonable request and it is one that my neighborhood McDonald's does without any problem. But here you get the benefit of paying a premium for a worse product and experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stood in line for 10 mins, ordered my food, went to pay and got told it's cash only! I don't have cash on me. Turned around and walked out. I'll take my business somewhere that wants my money. Ridiculous.

Just like any other McDonald, great food, fairly reasonable.

It was alright, but the lady that took my order didn't really listen and made a mistake. But the food was as can be expected

The place felt a bit dirty at the time of visiting, and I was violently ill about 30 mins after eating there. 2 stars might be harsh but I am merely reviewing my specific visit.

Place sucks.... I get it, it's the end of the night, but seriously.. no ketchup, no nothing.. isnt this basic????

Ok, at this point McDonald's is always a bad decision. They forgot our large fries but onions on our burger. Maybe it was our fault because we didn't check the bag and food before we left. It just shows a lack of effort on their part.

Is immediately on Main street and has 2 floors problem is just a lot of people. But otherwise

The kiosk was easy to use and let us use our coupon from the McDonald's app.

Service was terrible. Worker are very rude. They only had one cashier and line was outside the door. Yelling at people and screaming. Very ghetto girls work their.

Made a quick stop for some coffee. Great location, accessible from the bridge of Aria and the Cosmopolitan. Clean and quick service in spite of the crowd of people in there. Friendly staff

I use to work here. It was pretty good. All the employee were super nice. Customers were nice and food was out quick.

Worst McDonald's food I've ever had. Cheese wasn't melted, one burger was cold and one was burnt. Go to another location.

For the many days we visited, the floor was dirty, service was verrry slow and the lines of people waiting for food shows that this location is mis-managed. A lot more money could be processed if orders were handled in a timely manner. Watched many people enter the facility and leave after seeing the long lines. Lost opportunities.

Very crowded and noisy place. Was not very clean as well.
