Been doing business with them for 15 years buying equipment for PE programs for high school students. They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and stand by their products 100%. Have returned items (on their dime), have had items replaced without being questioned or interrogated, and they will cut you deals if you're a loyal customer. Selection is second to none. Hands down the best outfit out there...I will buy from Gopher for my students until I retire.

Had a rather disappointing experience trying to work with them for an event. Despite clearly outlining the event date they refused to expedite, had products on back order that were not marked as such on their website, and it seemed like their support team only half read emails. There was plenty of time to make this happen had they simply expedited shipping per my request, and now I am forced to find another activity for my event. I get that things happen but when it s multiple people/conversations it s just poor customer service.
