Prices are going way to high just like red racks ani stopped going there. The tag sales are useless because to much to go through to find a sale item. I may not go back. Sorry. Wonder how much CEO take home pay is.

Visited this location to get employment assistance, met with Darryl Smith, filled out some paperwork, toured the facility...what a wonderful organization!

Prices are way too high. The staff at our location here in North Kansas City are rude and talk terrible to each other. We go there to buy clothes for my grandson and other household items my daughter might need, and they are so overpriced.I am part of a ladies auxiliary and we used to buy things there to give to families in need. We cannot do that anymore because the prices are way too high. I thought the Goodwill was put together to help the needy not the greedy.

I ordered a book thru Alibris and Good Will was the shipper. I received a package from Good Will and the book I received was not the one I ordered. The packing slip was correct but the book author and name was not even close to the order. I have emailed and called and not received any response. DO NOT use them if this group comes up for online orders!!!

For a place that sells donated, no cost, free to them, they sure charge a lot more for everything than you would expect from a thrift store. Buy retail for not that much more.
