They don't have a hand truck at this location, which is odd. You also can't drop anything remotely heavy or large off because for some reason they have small women working at the unloading section. They will tell you to take it somewhere else.
Goodwill is great because they make it so easy. At this drop location, you can pull up & stop your car or park, then you just bring in your stuff & they give you a ticket to check the status online / keep for tax purposes.

Best donation center ever!! Staff is SO friendly & very helpful! The people at this Goodwill Center are so nice that I want to find more things to donate so that I can go back & give more.
Dropped off a couple items. John helped me with them out of my car. Super efficient, and such a friendly person. Especially during covid, it means a lot to be able to interact with a kind and caring human like John. Thanks!
