History
Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona was founded in 1947 by a group of local business leaders who recognized the need for job training programs for people with disabilities. Since then, the organization has grown significantly, expanding its services to include job placement assistance, skills training programs, and other resources designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment.
Today, Goodwill operates more than 100 retail stores throughout central and northern Arizona, as well as several donation centers and career centers where individuals can access job search assistance, resume writing workshops, interview coaching sessions, and other valuable resources.
