Bought $32 worth of merchandise. When I got home, ...

Bought $32 worth of merchandise. When I got home, I realized they forgot to put two items in my bag.
I called the store to find out if they were holding the 2 items there for me. First person I talked to asked what the items were and put me on hold. Second person picked up the line and asked me what the items were again and put me in hold fir 10 minutes. Angela the manager was rude and hung up on me. I immediately called back and again
they answered the phone and immediately hung up on me and I hadn't even said a word. I called back a third time and spoke with a "newer" cashier and she said that they coukdnt find the items.. She then told me to call back in the morning to speak with the store manager named Michelle. Its no wondee that I did not receive my items as the cashier and her friend were chatting the whole time...like I wasnt even there. This Goodwill on Southern and McClintick is HORRIBLE. for customer service! Im going to call in the morning to see if they can help me again. I mean...I did PAY for these items!
