It was a very good experience and good customer service

This goodwill location on south port is not that great. All their shoes are messy and looks dirty. I'll never come back here in this location.

Pretty good prices for a second hand goods. Clean and spacious. Wearing mask and social distancing observed which think is still a good idea. (My opinion). Staff is friendly and has plenty of parking.

The ladies that work there were very rude with me when i asked a question. The gentleman who ran the register was a total different demeanor he was polite n asked how my day was goin.

This place is good for finding buried treasures but you really have to dig for them. The place consistently is very messy and that makes shopping a little disappointing. I mean a found an perfect Cowboy boot at a great price, but that was literal. I searched hi and low for the other boot, even crawling under the shoe racks and no boot. The staff said "Good luck with it, did you look under the clothes racks?"

Found myself a pair of swimming trunks on my way to mustang Island. I like how they made my legs look so sexy for the ladies. Oh and the cashier, a skinny young lady, was very kind and very professional and cashed us out very quickly and we appreciated the high customer service.
