This afternoon 9/4/20 around 430 or so I was dropping off a donation. I found the male who took my items to be super abrupt, rude and totally uninterested in what he was doing. He dropped the Christmas decor into the bin from a height that made an awful sound when they landed. I would be surprised if they are in any useable shape now. From what I understand Goodwill no longer hires the disabled. I wish they did, they have lovely souls.

Very well organized with very friendly and helpful customer service. You will find deals here on clothing that you will not find anywhere else. I Got a Brand New Pair of Teva flip flops for $3!!! They retail for 60. Definitely shop here first.

Goodwill, because of the nature of the store concept, is always hit or miss based on the current inventory and what you are looking for, but this is a large store and has a wide selection of items. Staff has always been friendly, in my experience.

This good will is alright. It's big and has fitting rooms unlike other. There's not much variety for men's clothing but it's not their fault. It doesn't look great inside but you get what you pay for, it's a good organization.

This is the main goodwill in Winston-Salem and therefore the largest. Being the largest it has more of everything, good and bad. Recently they have changed how they handle the lines for the better. Still if you come and busy times it can be a miserable place to move around in.

One of the best of the larger Goodwill stores that I've been to. Go prepared to spend at least an hour to look around. Sunday/ Saturday mornings are best to avoid crowds. Huge selection if everything.

Good selection of items in a large space, from small electronics all the way up to a corner couch and large Budweiser sign that we saw. Most of the selection seemed focused on clothing, but the space is dense enough that if you look long enough, you're bound to find things you weren't even expecting, especially in the electronics or kitchen area. There was also a section for kids, like books and activities. For pandemic safety, intercom played a reminder to maintain distance, wear a mask, and to avoid going out if you are sick, and everyone I saw in the store was masked and keeping that in mind, so it felt safe.
