Is this a retail location, or simply an administrative building?

Does anyone even work there? I have tried to email and contact them through their links on the website regarding some services weeks ago and there has been no reply. I have seen other reviews with similar experiences. Are these emails going nowhere? Are there Direct contact information for individuals I can somehow get access to?

Not a store. Even though it is listed on Goodwill's own website as having a retail store, it does not. There is an Art Studio/Gallery and corporate offices. That's it.

We just dropped off donations at the Earth Day Event on Huntington Lane & were really impressed:
1 - we arrived at 8:30 and rather than have us wait until official start time of 9:00 accommodated us and processed our donations
2 - everyone was very professional, efficient and personable
I encourage you to do more events like this utilizing similar talent and organization.

I worked for this company and they did me dirty! They have cheated me out of money on multiple occasions. They are very disorganized and have no care for government mandate or safety of others since upper management works from home! They expect $20hr work for less than $10. They do not stand behind their workers and cannot seperate personal, from business. You can make more money working at fast food and less work! I DO NOT recommend working for this company! They have lost and are still losing workers. That is why they are desperately hiring! If your having managers and supervisors quitting then you know its a serious problem with this company.

After being incarcerated for 6 years I was lead to the Goodwill Career Builders program through the Alvis House. There I was taught how to reach out, connect and network with fellow associates and staff. To create resumes,work on computers and lastly how to conduct and dress myself professionally for interviews.They have truelly been a blessing in my life and I have succeeded in getting my CDL A license to continue my path and also a great job at Towne Park through them...Therefor I say to anyone who reads this message that as long as you put forth the effort , Goodwill will help you to succeed in life.

Hires people with disabilities but fails to accommodate. They don't care abt ppl at all

Interviewed for admin position did multiple rounds of virtual interviews. Their HR STAFF IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THEIR WORKFORCE. I WILL NEVER DONATE TO ANY GOODWILL EVER!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at the Goodwill corporate office that answers the phone are rude and not helpful at all! On their recording it say their hours are 8am- 5 pm but when you call during those hours you get a recording instead of a live person.

Good place and a good company plus there great with all people with disabilities
