We've used Good Carma for more than a dozen years and a half dozen Volkswagens. Our friend's child had huge transmission problems with her car just as she was going to CO for graduate school. We recommended GC, and she was so impressed that they did all of the things we said they would: give a roadworthiness evaluation, recommend repairs in order of immediacy all they way through the items that could be deferred indefinitely. They sent her on her way with confidence. I had a bad winter morning on one of those double digit sub-zero days and said so on Facebook. Next thing I know, the owner of the garage called me, he was cruising the cities available to help whomever. He drove over and looked at my battery, knew it was bad just by laying hands on it (it's a valid test), and called the shop to have them set up with what I needed. It sounds like they are ready for a little good karma themselves since we called for an appointment Monday, and it will be worked on Wednesday, and there's plenty of room to drop the car early. PEOPLE, if you have a VW, this is THE place to have your car maintained.

I had my Jetta serviced here for numerous things. Keith was very helpful and willing to match my previous estimate if not beat the prices. He was knowledgeable. As well as informative. I felt like they were honest with what was needed to be done.
I did experience some problems after they serviced my vehicle. However, they promptly fixed the issues and gave me a loaner vehicle to use free of charge. I didn't even have to throw a bitchfit. That's always a plus!
I would defiently use them again with high recommendations.
My only gripe is that the rental cars are not cleaned prior to use. I can't stand pet hair and my daughter has allergies.

Ryan and the whole crew were helpful, honest, and patient with my many questions. Zero hesitation to take on a '99 Eurovan or vintage Baja Bug, when I find many other shops are surprisingly limited about what they will work on OR it's unclear if they really have the experience to do it - no such concerns here. Scheduling was easy and work was done when they said it would be. Prices are competitive with other shops I have been to, but the quality and knowledge level is higher. Should have gone here earlier!
