It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and the representative seemed a bit unenthusiastic. 🤔 The delivery of the brackets was on time, but the packaging was a bit flimsy, which resulted in a couple of the brackets being slightly bent upon arrival. Overall, the product quality was decent, but the customer service and packaging could use some improvement. I might consider giving them another chance in the future, but hopefully, they'll make some improvements.
